I can't be the only one that thinks there is not a chance Eli runs a single race to get points to keep his number. He seems like the type that does not waffle or race a couple of races just to keep a number. His retirement (IMO) appears to be a "I have all the desire in the world to enjoy what I have coming, and zero desire to line up at any starting gate" kind of deal. He has nothing left to prove, nothing left to accomplish, and seemed really happy to be taking the boots off.

Who is your Mount Rushmore for the best single event/race performances?. For me, I started paying attention in early 2000 and never paid enough attention to MXGP so my list is probably missing races I'm not familiar with but I thought this would be an interesting discussion. From where I'm standing, Sexton's best bets are Ducati in the USA or whatever he can come up with in Europe...which would probably have "allowances" for SX in the U.S. Also, even after Prado's weird year, I'm not joining the mob on throwing all of this on Kawasaki's shoulders...he DID run a PC/KMC set-up at Anaheim and he won. Then he went back to losing his shit...again. I'm not hating on the kid; but, his history with "set-up" at his previous teams wasn't all that great...all the while his team-mates were doing pretty damn good. Or did we all forget...

So I just looked into this a little because I never only read into one side of a story and it turns out metal mulisha was working on a reality tv show before this which included twitch. Twitch then wanted to do his own reality fmx show (wonder where he got that idea). So I can see the wtf feeling Brian probably got after sponsoring twitch and probably a lot more that he’s done for him and then hearing he’s doing his own show. Also, so what dude. I cannot understand how so many people (fans and industry people) are so narrow minded. I facepalm every time i hear a US based OEM person say that their objective is to sell bikes and products in USA and they don't give a shit about the international market like we would live in the '70s without internet and social media. Sure, the budgets come from national subsidiaries. But to think that they're detached from the international scene and the parent companies is just so low IQ. You don't think that the parent companies fund these national subsidiaries in any way...
