I don't think we should look at the silly season in relation to how this season appears, there are just too many variables. There are no laws stating factory teams have to have two 450 riders, or who sponsors the team. Bajaj owns KTM group now, Ducati is fabulous in MotoGP and WSBK about cultivating sponsors and satellite teams, and there are a bunch of very visible popular well sponsored factory riders looking for bikes, guessing who goes where based on the current format may be short sighted. Curious how they brought this on themselves? They had an issue with their agent. They made a public statement detailing why they made their decision. They haven’t said anything public about it since that I have seen or heard. It seems their fired agent and a YouTuber are the ones who are not letting it play out in court.
