Yes I did race(14 years), No I wasn't very good but I had a great time and still go to every race that I can.
Love most sports but will always follow moto. Maybe one day, with the permission of 'She who must be obeyed' I'll give the vets a shot. Until then I'll enjoy my 4 sons, the sound of the surf and some good bench racing!

I always thought that the development of the YZF was mostly done by the Yamaha/Arrows F1 team. Aparently Yamaha said we need a 4 stroke engine that weighs this much, produces this much power, this size displacement and will fit in this frame and Arrows developed it. I could be wrong but I heard it from a very good source.
