As far as I know Honda would attach a tag on the left case not stamp it right on the case. Those case #'s (especially the first two) look a little strange. I think the cases are interchangeable from 90- 02 but that cylinder looks like 2000-02 since it ... more »

If you can't find a plating shop to remove the nickle from the pipe (was told by some that the carbon and oil will ruin the solution) you can get it sand blasted off. High pressure (250 psi) and it will come right off. Then wet sand and scotch bright

I have a 93 and 94 complete and working on another 94 as a honda of troy replica. I enjoy going to the track and spanking people on old technology. Suspension is way less forgiving but there still lots of fun.

I think i could of done a better job of sanding. I stared with a razor blade then 320/600/1000/1200/2000 grit wet sand followed by buffing with a polishing compound. The key is not to switch to the next grit to early. I think it will be alright for a

I have a 93 cr250 I'm building and I'd like to reproduce the 93 team graphics. I've searched online but can't find anyone that makes them so I thought I'd give it a go at making my own.

Yes. I looked at that one but was leary on the discoloration on the back of the fender. I guess I could buy it and see if I can restore it. At least I would have a complete one.

I tried dc first. They don't have a mold for it but say that if I can get them a good fender they can use it.

This might be a long shot but I'm looking for both front and rear fenders in lime green. The front fender is part # 35004-1043-6w and fits 1982-86 kd80 and 1979-80 kx80. The rear is part# 35022-1044-6w and fits 1982-86 kd80. I've tried all the sources ... more »

Ufo (tuf racing) has the closest to oem colour for 1994 models. Just make sure you specify what year you want because each year for 92 on honda changed the colour.
