Every week is different. I don't understand how you can disregard the fact that RD was closing on ET. Something he hasn't done in weeks. RD closing in on ET = Gapping MM Simple math.

This argument is weak. A true "16th place lapper" does not have the speed of Reed who has the ability to be on the podium as proven by an earlier round this year. If "mr podium speed" ends up in 16th because of issues that have nothing to do with speed, he can make it nearly impossible to be passed...
