Thanks, brother! Haha...that was the most frustrating part of losing weight! I would buy new clothes and 1 month later, they wouldn't fit! I went from 36"-38" waist to 30" waist now...so I have a bunch of 34 jeans that don't fit and are like new. Don't get me wrong, I'm glad I have this problem, but it was a waste of money! I was 241 lbs. on February 10th of this year...I just hit 165 lbs. yesterday. The majority of the weight was lost in the first 3-4 months, but it's been much harder to lose the last 10 lbs. The simplest and easiest thing you can do is just intermittent fasting. Stop eating so much! Period. Do IF from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm and then once you’re in rhythm reduce from 12:00-6:00.
