12/11/2025 6:39pm Thanks, brother! Haha...that was the most frustrating part of losing weight! I would buy new clothes and 1 month later, they wouldn't fit! I went from 36"-38" waist to 30" waist now...so I have a bunch of 34 jeans that don't fit and are like new. Don't get me wrong, I'm glad I have this problem, but it was a waste of money! But considering how much money I spend on buying new dirt bikes and dirt bike parts, this is minor! Check out this PLUMP fella 🤣: Here is the new fit and trim version, lol:

12/11/2025 6:37pm I was 241 lbs. on February 10th of this year...I just hit 165 lbs. yesterday. The majority of the weight was lost in the first 3-4 months, but it's been much harder to lose the last 10 lbs. I'm 5'10" and 46 years old, so I think 165 lbs is a good place to stop. I feel better now than I did in my 30's, and it blows my mind that I'm doing 60-minute motos without any trouble. And I have been able to stop taking ALL prescription medications. It was only a couple years ago, before my cpap and...

12/11/2025 6:35pm I have been in bodybuilding, marathon, cycling, and general fitness and prep my whole life. I’ve coached a few dozen people and worked with tons of training partners. The simplest and easiest thing you can do is just intermittent fasting. Stop eating so much! Period. Do IF from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm and then once you’re in rhythm reduce from 12:00-6:00. This is the simplest and most foolproof thing to do in my findings. Restriction diets (keto, carnivore, morning gym) and novel methods almost always shock the person and they don’t find any sustainability in it. Start here and...

12/11/2025 6:00am Maybe your friend can share the answer...lol So, what wins? Most weight? Highest percentage of starting weight lost? I want dad of a gun there to have a shot, but anyone on one of these glp-1 drugs can probably testify, these drugs are kind of like opiate pain killers. They can back things up a bit. I swear every time i am a week into a dosage increase i could use a laxative for a couple days and lose 10 pounds. Maybe we need a couple more classes: 1. Sheer willpower 2. Glp-1 assisted 3. Those giving up beer/tobacco/pot

12/11/2025 5:58am Ok I'll play. Hopefully this motivates me to try harder. I always hovered around 210. Definitely fat for my height of 5'8" (used to be 5'9"-1/2) I've lost an inch and half in height. My fattest ever was 225, that was 2 years after I ate shit in December 2020 (12-13-20, 5 years ago this Saturday actually) and didn't do a lot for 2 years. I recovered from that debacle and started riding an emtb in Jan 2023 and have been slowly dropping since then. This morning I was 204. So I've lost 21 pounds in 3 years... not exactly...

12/11/2025 5:57am I’m not like full blown brain fog but I can tell I’m a little off from not eating much. What I’ve ate has been low carb high protein. Having to loose weight sucks! But a person is a danger sight healthier slimmed down no matter what age. I just bought a Ride Engineering steering linkage for my 24 KX450. They recommend going up one spring rate, 2 if you’re fast A class rider, which I’m not. I figured dropping 20 pounds would save me from swapping to a higher rate rear spring lol!!!. I need to get that rear linkage...

11/24/2025 2:13pm It never ceases to amaze me honestly - old man rant incoming (I am not old). I coach 2 of my kids Flag Football teams. 1st/2nd & 5/6th grade divisions. There are three rules every player on my teams must follow or they are benched immediately. Be humble in victory. Be gracious in defeat. Have respect always. Over the weekend we had playoffs, and despite us getting absolutely SMOKED in the semi-finals, we put a good drive together that had the other team livid. The all-star of the other team missed a big flag-pull that resulted in us getting a...

Looks like Jim Neese was riding them in the fall of 97. I raced Husabergs a fair amount back then as well. My dad had a 95 and 99 FC501. They were very quirky, but neat bikes. Im pretty sure those 94/95s didn't have a rev limiter, so you need to be careful...

11/5/2025 6:20pm You can! I started out in a Large & went down to a Medium inside pad & Small/Medium cheek pads in my ATR 2. In the ATR 3 I wear a Medium, but am considering getting the Large cheek pad. It definitely fits a big smaller than the 2…
