I am 38 and live in Washington St. Currently living in Baqubah, Iraq with the US Army. I have ridden on and off since I was 6. My first bike was MR50. That thing ripped. When I get back from the big sand box, I am going to get me a new bike. Don't know which one yet though. UPDATE: Ok I'm back now and living in Pasco, WA. Have a track about 20 mins from my place. Horn Rapids MX. Decent sand track. Got my bike, KX250F. Getting my moto legs back.

What a business model. Get this: “Hey guys, let’s start a ‘series.’” Cool. You’ll pay the teams to be part of it, right? Nope. They’ll pay us. Oh… but you’ll give them some TV money? Why would we do that? Okay, so there’s at least some incentive for teams to travel across the country and spend hundreds of thousands of dollars competing in your series? Absolutely not. Wait… so they pay entry fees, credential fees, and whatever else you can come up with, cover all their own travel and racing expenses, and you keep the revenue? Now you’re getting it...

I didn’t read all the replies. And I don’t post much but I’m still on here lurking every day. I will say this, I am a member on many forums. Truck forums, hunting, fishing, 4x4, shooting, moto. This forum has WITHOUT A DOUBT the most idiotic members/posts/stupidity of any I’ve ever been on. I still come here for the latest moto news but there is absolute stupidity on every single thread. Doesn’t matter the topic, every thread will get fucked up by someone and then go off the rails. Gets really old

If AMA were concerned about riders saftey they should implement the same points system on the riders license as F1 uses. When you get enough of them you have to sit one race out. Things that should get ju a point on your license is things like riding dirty, jumping on Red Cross flag etc. I think you can get up to 3 points at one race during F1 and when you get 12 points you have to sit the next race out. Those points will be there one year from when you get them so if you choose to...

This afternoon the linkage get removed and lubed and then loaded up for 2 days of racing at Washougal. Breaking it in the right way, as it is going to be treated I'll race the 50 Intermediate (there is no 70+ class) and the Military Class. The Military Class races for free - pretty cool that Washougal does this!!
