No. The guy with the fastest lap time in practice is not the fastest rider. There’s one lap speed and race speed. Cooper has shown way more race speed than Ken in SX as a whole, hence having more race wins than Ken.

Dunge doesn’t have more race wins than Stewart. Copper has won more races than Kenny in his career with less years in the class. He’s faster than Kenny in SX.

End of season, Webb had the most points = Webb is the fastest. 8 wins on the season which is double the next best rider's win total. Not sure what is up for debate. The number of laps led in a season just tells me one is a better starter than the other, and one is a better finisher than the other. I'd rather be a better finisher. There's no points given out for fastest individual lap times. Very reminiscent of when James was riding late in his career. Everybody lines up at the first race of the year with...

Um....seems the last 2 races Cooper was no where near Kenny when he took himself out while leading the race, no aggressive passes were required, lol

He did it in the heats too, he was f**king with Coop all night. When the championship is not on the line I bet Coop makes him pay. Barcia may have just cost himself a contract? It's one thing to ride wide, but to constantly try to take out the championship leader's front wheel when you are just being a roadblock is taking it too far and is far from being a gentleman.
