Years ago when I watched Tevin Tapia at Washougal on a 125 destroy the field of local pro’s that all were on 4 strokes I realized that the bike isn’t as big deal as I previously thought….if the rider is comfortable on the bike. At the top elite pro level that 10% can probably be the difference between 1st and “just” top 10.

Hey guys, last week we had a 2012 CRF 450 R in the shop. We simply couldn't believe how inconvenient to dissassemble it is. The ECU is held by the subframe (and the wiring rubs against the rear shock), most of the electrical components are jammed around the throttle body, you cannot access the airboot clamps, the oil pump is located on the inside of the crankcase (you have to split the cases to disassemble it), the breathing hose of the valve cover connects to the airboot, and is pluged on the bottom (so you are sucking oil when it...

I won't be bullied by a bunch of keyboard worries. I ask for your help cause I didn't know how to show you tomac post. All you assholes did was rag on me . One nice guy posted it. , now you can all read it. All I was saying is tomac is right. Not one single one of you would have the courage to tell tomac he's an idiot .

Make the tracks longer, around 2:30 lap times, make the track wider for more passing, ........probably have to do them outside though. Hell, might even be able to race with 40 riders on the gate. 2 moto "Double Crowns" every weekend. We can call it Outdoor Supercross.

problem is getting rid of riders is the exact opposite of growing the sport, Kids/families see less opportunity then less kids will be trying, and snowball to less riders overall, bike sales etc....the fact that SX has 18 races and pays the most etc...that is the carrot for futures racers....talk about making SX for the rich and the top 3 elite riders is probably not the best idea. so the thought privateers ruin the racing, lets talk about that scrub Kenny, can't even jump a triple, and taking out AP in the process, talk about a brake check, worse than...

Same in Aus. Hundreds of riders entered to race moto every week, then they made permanent disability tracks.

Seems a big part of the show business part of what Feld is selling is carnage . I wouldn’t expect them to go away from that . It’s insane watching supercross races from 25 years ago - how much slower and less dangerous is appears. Perhaps a canary in the coal mine - This past weekend Pacwest Series announced at the racers meeting , 20 minutes before the races began, after many in attendance had driven 3-6 hours to be there, that they would be running a one moto format , due to their 645 entries and 34 classes. My...

I know there is a difference between Pro Circuit Kawasaki and Team Kawasaki. But the Kawasaki 250 & 450 were the same frame from 2022 -2024. Not sure but I believe they're still sharing alot of the same chassis and certainly swingarm as well. The only diff between frame on 250's is the longer engine mount plates compared to the shorter ones for the 450. That said, Kitchens has come from the back to pass 18 riders twice this year in the West, has had a battle for the ages with Deegan in Seattle this year, and Hammaker won Daytona...
