If anything Strava is my basic, easy reliable go-to. As long as I hit my hours per week and put the relative effort in the top half of the suggested range each week, then it’s working. Kenny made it clear on the JS podcast that he thinks he deserves a factory ride. With a factory ride, comes factory money. 2nd tier teams aren't going to pay what he wants. I like KR but I think he values himself more than what he is actually worth to a team. His constant blaming of the bike, and mental issues are a red flag to many of the top teams. If Kenny was a true title contender someone would make room for him on a factory team.

Here's a tip for anyone looking to start a commercial training facility with a special use zoning permit that says "friends and family only". Don't build your outdoor track 300 feet from the neighbors and don't build your supercross track 600 feet from them. Aldons tracks are over 2000 feet (almost 1/2 mile) away from these same neighbors.
