Any combo that has Hampshire as the MX2 pick is an enormous mistake. MX1 and MX3 feels like a crapshoot between injuries and team switching.

Once again the 125 class had no age rule or point out rule so racing all challengers. MX2 was an “entry” class like the 250 E/W supercross class that has move up rules. No one counts those when seriously comparing careers. JH is a bad man on a bike and on his days no one can touch him, no one that’s serious can deny that. Not sure why so many defend his CHOICE to stay in the entry class and try to count those wins with the same meaning as the premier class 🤷‍♂️

Stop it. Can you imagine if Jett stayed 250s all this year…..plus 3 MORE YEARS (which he would point out but…) racking up wins and then won half as many as RC on 450s? …and someone tried to say he was the GOAT?? People would be roasting him for doing that…not praising. You are truly smoking crack on this one. JH is great…but HE chose to cherry pick for 3-4 years too many in the 250s. Maybe he would have won a lot on 450s and maybe not….probably….but we will never know ….but I do know JH made the choice...

I knew him and would talk with him often at the races, I would consider him a race friend. I know that it escalated to much more than the thong until it got to the point it was not appropriate for riding.And they had to ask him to tone it down. I was just repeating what he told me . He also said that his girlfriend had painted his nails the night before a race, and since wearing the thong and painted nails he was able to avoid being Injured. I'm not sure if he liked the attention he got...

He single handledly ruined the ama racing for me. He’s so much better than the ama announcers that he makes listening to them cringe worthy and difficult. they drone on and on about talking points instead of covering the action. malin makes it feel like formula 1 level racing, while the ama guys make it feel like a monster truck carnival type attraction.

He's an absolute beast. He commentates on the Junior World Champs as well, getting the names right for the riders in the 65cc and 85cc classes. He's definitely got a few trademark sayings. "All of a sudden..." and "lighting the back end up" spring to mind. I honestly think he's one of the best to ever sit behind the mic.
