Just to expand on this a little, two days ago the police showed up at my house to check in on me due to a call they received that people were concerned about me causing self harm. The police called me on the phone asking if I was ok and that they wanted to come in and make sure I was ok. At that point I didn't realize there were already a couple police cars outside my house.
