Nice - perhaps you consider doing some public service for the young Vital members - not bike advise. You obviously picked a very good wife so perhaps you can share the secret ! ! ! When i was way too deep into road bike racing (cycling) the running joke on the fast guys was that they were either divorced or...

As a man who clearly has a problem buying new bikes, I can tell you that we definitely do not need new bikes every year. However, I do happen to need a new bike every year because, as stated previously, I've developed a problem, and I'm not a quitter. Here is my current garage situation 🤣

Can’t do Bro, the AMA suggested I run the bright yellow . To warn other riders of not replicating my speed in the whoops . We hv to think safety 1st. Kinda of like a rd sign . Warning there is a rider on the track with extreme whoop speed . Please do not attempt to pace or follow. Replicating his technique is extremely dangerous with less than Profeshenal abilities.

I made a stand like Jay uses on Dirtbike TV. Lube paste - what used to be near divorce and for sure holes in garage drywall.........is now almost fun. ALMOST.

I feel a lot of people overlook making sure the bead is in the center of the rim on both sides of the tire. Once you get to the final 1/4 to 1/8 of the tire and it starts getting tight, flip the wheel over and make sure all of the tire is sitting in the drop center. I have a Rabaconda for mousse's, but it's nice for tubes as you can use the breaker bar to help keep the tire in the drop center, and the center post keeps it the wheel from moving around. 5 gallon bucket works...

This! Also, Alex Martin mentions this about nutrition a lot. The idea of “clean” or “bad” foods is a farce. Yes excess sugar and fat is not going to make you feel great, but quick carbs in the form of sugar are fine on race day! Burning 1500 calories during 1 moto, you just need to replace those carbs quickly. You’re not going to gain fat from drinking a Coca Cola and eating ice cream between motos as long as you’re only replacing the calories you burnt. Calories in/Calories Out plus lots of these guys just maintain weight. They’re not...

What I don’t understand about Pitt… We grew up about 40 miles apart, are within a few months in age (he’s older). But yet, I’m sooo much better looking!

Pat was not there as he is in limbo with the current Sherco US importer change. I think they are pooling resources for the last US national. The rider he has been battling with, Jorge Casales, was running near the front at times. US rider Josh Roper had a strong ride in Trial 2. Toni Bou is incredible. As said above... if you ever get the chance to see a world round or US national Trial... DO IT! It’s an amazing sight to see.

My Condolences to the zingg family. With that said, Take the gloves off in this discussion. Our sport is dangerous and lacks education! <---- Our biggest issue (Riders)... alot of us are very very stupid when it comes to self preservation which is why we race...(This goes for almost all extreme sports).. Myself included but with age we learn (well are supposed to learn)...but apparently the people who run our sport don't learn even with age... because if they did... safety things would be implemented as mandatory... arguments be damned unless they have quantifiable data to dispute it. which in...

Aidan’s mom released the autopsy results following Aidan’s tragic death: https://www.usatoday.com/story/sports/motorsports/2025/07/11/aidan-zing… ”cardiac tamponade” Where he crashed is a fast, sweeping blind roller. I’m guessing he low-sided and others collided with him. That kind of chest trauma can really only come from a sudden, high speed, and direct impact to the chest. He didn’t fall from the sky. The only other possibility is a high speed high-side, or impact with a tree. The latter didn’t happen here and I don’t see a high-side to dirt causing this kind of chest trauma either but it’s possible. Certainly worth asking if soft-shell chest...
