Damn, winning looks fun. Kind of refreshing that he's that good without being a psycho.

Music in these is made for me. Lake of fire took me back.....

Currently laughing my butt off at some of the things in the redbud video. These videos have definitely made me slowly become a jett fan.

We haven't seen a 450 title guy this loose and accessible since MC. Kid is a throwback in my opinion. Obviously doing the work but still having fun. He's made me a fan over the last year or so.

The vibes on that team can’t get better than this.

Also refreshing seeing them eating some ”normal” food in a time where many athletes lives on a diet that more or less give them eating disorders in many sports.

this is a better way to have it if you want to have a long lived career and not get burnt out on racing and training.

You could call it that also but as someone that lives in the part of the world where the top cross country skiers come from and see their struggles with eating disorders and being told that they can’t compete unless they put on weight, I’m glad to see Tony Cairoli posting pictures of pasta on instagram and these guys treat themselves with a hotdog or donut.

I feel that the sport is going back to a more positive place right now.
Riders going away from the ”Aldon program” that at one point was the norm for how to eat and train, but at the expense of making them hate the sport more or less.

This! Also, Alex Martin mentions this about nutrition a lot.

The idea of “clean” or “bad” foods is a farce.  Yes excess sugar and fat is not going to make you feel great, but quick carbs in the form of sugar are fine on race day! Burning 1500 calories during 1 moto, you just need to replace those carbs quickly.  You’re not going to gain fat from drinking a Coca Cola and eating ice cream between motos as long as you’re only replacing the calories you burnt.

Calories in/Calories Out plus lots of these guys just maintain weight.  They’re not gaining weight and they’re burning so many calories with the amount of cardio that they’re doing.  As long as they’re also getting plenty of protein, healthy fats and carbs they are fine.

Diet fads are bullshit and cutting weight the Aldon way is also bs (catabolic; prioritizing muscle loss as energy source) .  You want lean mass and you can cut fat while maintaining lean mass.  Maintaining weight you can eat almost whatever you want as long as your diet is balanced.

Never watched a single one of these until today. Watched the Red Bud video, now I'm hooked! Great content.

Okay the end piece with Hunta talking about modding the exhaust of his Porsche was pretty cool too. I remember listening to a Pulp interview of Tomac when a caller asked Eli about his Porsche, and Eli said he didn’t want to talk about “personal stuff” or something like that. I can respect that, but I also appreciate when gearheads talk about their favorite gear, too.

All I can say about Dietary requirements / fads in relation to the latest Lawrence Video, is:

Caramello Bloody Koalas!

A pack was brandished for all of you Foreigners to see.

They should Never have shown The Secret - they'll get a deserved bashing when they come back for the SX here in OZ!

Most now know of the Pre-eminent Super Food Intake Of Aussies -  Vegemite - but, well, most are too bloody weak / wimpy to handle such a Supercharged Superfood - especially Americans......

But, the Sugary Goodness of Caramello Koalas, well, all will Love it! So, our advantage seems to have been casually, nay, Foolishly Thrown Away 😪

Those Ratbag Hunta Brothers, may have ruined it for all of us Aussies! 😠
