Agreed. I hope he gets his personal affairs in order and comes back to race with a renewed competitive spirit. If not, I at least hope he gets his family situation squared away for the sake of his wife and child.

I've said it before on some other DeCoster threads but it is always worth repeating. No one loves motocross and especially the Motocross of Nations more than Roger. He is moto and will always be "The Man".

Flat track stars Dick Mann, Gene Romero, Bart Markel, Mark Breslford, Dave Aldana - these guys were every bit as big in the world of American motorcycle racing as European moto-cross stars Joel Robert, Torsten Hallman (founder of Thor), Bengt Aberg, and DeCoster were - and those flat-track guys...

As long as he's enjoying himself, who cares how he does. He's earned the right to just go out and enjoy races like you and I do. The days of seriousness and stress are past. Myself, I'm glad he's out there having fun.

The Deegan reality TV show is too calculated to not just come out and say, “yeah we’re still racing” They know exactly what they’re doing. This especially doesn’t make sense when J Coop is already telling people publicly that he’s essentially locked in and riding a 250 at Nations.

Yes, there are better choices for sure. I want to watch some good racing, not Deegan drama and BS. I think the world of MX probably feels the same.
