The age rule is fine, what’s missing is an AMX125 class.

Anything organicish. Your best bet is to convince them let you do this as a winter project. If that don't work and you can't find a one with a vacuum, think about dropping plastic from ceiling a few feet out or some sort of portable bubble deal like this that would contain it locally.

How can you let a kid race a dirtbike professionally when he can't drive a car legally? Because dirtbikes don't have license plates. Final answer, Regis. I'm failing to see any connection there, literal, figurative, or conceptual, other than the vehicles both have wheels, albeit a different amount of wheels.

Rolling over rocks and roots is not the same as cornering fast. I hate my 29er and want a new bike. The trails around here are tight and the 29er turns like a pig, I have seriously grown to hate it so much that I quit riding.

Since cones came up, the vet charged me 62 bucks for this damn thing. He got an infection on his nuts. They swelled up bigger then a big mans fist.

I Totally agree, and I was proud of that track back in the 90's.. Whatcom county actually produced some fast riders (still do) back then..

my last stint at Hannegan was to sign up for their Poker runs, (yes i'm hardcore) but instead ride the main track all day, and i remember having a fairly well prepped track almost to myself.. and if it were not for Thursday night series my wee little trophy room would not exist..

I spent a year in Denmark and all of the tracks I went to were club andI wouldn't be surprised if all their tracks were. Nothing like riding a real track whenever you want and all you have todo is pitch in on the work and pay your dues. Both olympic and Hannegan have stood the test of time. It...

I'm a member up at OPMC, I like it, especially in the fall and the spring with some occasional winter rides. There's a track behind the Bremerton National Airport. It's called MotoWest. They have some Wednesday evening practice during spring/summer and some Saturdays as well as a few race days during the year. It's 15 minutes away and although it's not great dirt, they've improved their prep a ton the past couple years.

You know, I’m not a mod, but yeah, too soon. This isn’t some abstract internet thing where people are just avatars. The other stuff will take care of itself in the future, the present is about loss of human relationship and what those who cared about Joe can do to support the family now. But you appear to be new here and maybe you’re not aware of the depth of some of these relationships. My experience with Joe was that he enjoyed swapping around cool bikes. I was shocked when he let go of that OW125. Joe sold more unobtainium...

Is there still a track at the Kitsap Airport? I currently live in S Kitsap, but haven't had a bike for a while. If we got 150 people to pony up $5,000 each we could make it private and hold open races here and there. I think the Club structure like Hanigan and Olympic is the way to go. that...

Raw iPbone picture here. Three weekends back I went home and as usual I brought an Elsinore motor home for him to help me rebuild. Joe could pop one of these little things apart and we would go through in 4-5 hours (depended on all my questions and possible Shiner beer break). This one had a fried top end bearing waste the crank and a nice cylinder. Low hour motor and I recall both he and his youngest son raced this particular bike at least once over the last 10 years. The struggle when putting this motor back together was...
