One thing I did to help with cardio was alternate using a heavy bag and jump rope in between sets of lifting. Most people rest two three minutes before starting the next set. I really think a jump rope is underestimated for cardio.

There's a pandemic virus spreading across the world killing people at an alarming rate. As awfull it is to say, but the worst thing to happen to governments now is that these tough mesures actually work. People won`t understand why there was a need to shut down country when "only" X amount of people died. Distrust in governments all over the world is so high.

APL you should run for office. You’ve got all the right answers, and you’ve got a knack for critical thinking. The plethora of questions you answer effectively are astonishing.
