Yeah, I wasn't trying to be negative towards LeBlanc in any way, nor about Star Racing. In fact, just the opposite. The pressures must have been pretty big in order to walk away from something that you have basically trained your entire conscious life for. He could very well have seen that first year and realized that he just didn't want to do that for the next 10-15 years. Most 'pros' don't make enough to actually retire before they are 30, so the 9-5 grind comes for most of them. Maybe he just realized that he might as well get...

That very well could be …but that’s my point. They totally screwed it up…and not the first time. That reason is so absolutely no excuse. Holy shit…did any fan at the track not realize Chase had made the pass?? and they don’t have access to transponders and a headset with communications! Not to mention the trackside announcer was screaming it over the PA! It’s almost like saying the roof had too steep of a slope…..oops…sorry…never mind…

I'm not an insider by any measure. But I've been able to ride weekday practice days with some of the best Texas has produced for years. Even some that stopped at private/public tracks in N. TX from elsewhere but on factory teams. Hahn brothers, Kyle Cunningham, both Wharton brothers, Hot Sauce Tedesco, Kyle Regal, Matt Lemoine, John Short, to name some good pros and a lot of other pros who don't maybe always make mains through the years. Just thought I’d let the forum know if anyone wants to pay their respect. Brian hat a get-off last week and succumbed to his injuries on Tuesday. Brian was a big fan of Vital and posted here quite regularly. I've had the pleasure of knowing him personally through the Irish motocross scene.
