For what it's worth It seems more often than not Reed has a Rope a Dope approach to practice... I remember several times last year tripping on how many people were faster in practice only to be shut up when the race gate fell. Not sure if it's intentional or he just needs to see his time ghost in front...

Are you sure about that statement? You counting James's rookie big bike year and theCanada rounds in your calc? I'd love to see that stat considering James never took an AMA championship from RC including SX ...but it can happen...happened to Bradshaw if I remeber correctly.

That's a good question but I think an even better one is how does he expect that riding style to transfer over to the big bike smoothly (no pun intended) and will he need to re-train himself?
