Sorry Ryan,

As a fellow hunter and Washington native Im sorry to bring you hype, but a couple of weeks with a leg over and your riding good! Im stoked for you ! I hope Elk hunting was good! I know I had fun with the Rosies this year. Good luck in 2010 ! Its obvious you are a title contender!

PS- I hope you NEVER start a membership here.

RV has a better chance of bagging elk than he does winning a SX title. He will be a contender for the 3rd spot on the box week in and week out. IMO RV stands little to no chance of beating Stewart or Reed for that matter. His battle wil be with Dungey and Grant.

I think he has what it takes, he just has to get his endurance and all dialed in, but he will have the speed to if nothin else, keep the pressure on and make the supercross season damn interesting.

Do you remember back not so long ago.. RV2 won 2 sx races out of last 3 of the season? And JS and CR were on the gate at the start of the motos..

What I remember in Seattle was that Stewart and Reed were pretty much last off the start. RV got the win but never had to race Reed or Stewart heads up to get it. At Vegas Stewart beat RV's ass in the heat race and then spent the whole main trying to let Reed pass him. Reed or Stewart didn't give to shits about winning that Vegas race. Other than those 2 races RV was pretty much in the way the rest of the series.

Man you guys are just a bunch of A$$holes. The guy is just stating his opinion and you come on here and dog the hell out of RV. RV won the races fair and square! Neither Reed or JS crashed in those races, so it was a heads up win. I guess Joe Blow that gets bad starts in his heat races every weekend could say JS or CR didn't beat them heads up because they didn't get a 1-2 start.

If you all want to piss and moan about something go wake up your boyfriends and talk to them about the impotence problem you all are having.

I was really impressed with RV's riding last night, for only 2 weeks on the bike he was really aggressive and rode solid. It took stewie 12 to 15 laps to catch him.... his pass was spectacular through the whoops, however,I think RV knows just where he needs to focus before the start of the real supercross season now that he has a race under his belt!

A race is a race. They all 3 lined up on the same gate... the race doesn't start after the first corner or because your guy is finally in good position. You have to be there from the drop of the gate to the checkered flag...

Stewie will not just walk away with the championship. He will have to win it. He has had Chad to deal with the last couple of seasons and thats it. There will be multiple winners in Supercross this year. When Stewie has pressure from other riders he likes to crash alot. That will probably happen this next season as well. Because now he has Chad Reed, Ryan Villopoto, Ryan Dungy and Josh Grant to deal with along with a few others. If RV and Chad ride together all year in practice and testing, guess what..........RV will beat Chad all the time too.

Just my 2 cents

When it comes to supercross anyone including JS can go down at any time. RV will be there in the title chase just as a handful of others will, and it will come down to the last man standing.

U guys are laughs RV2 has been the only rider to beat Stewart when he has not crashed on SX and he did it twice- Check the times of those races and villo was right there w Stewy. No matter where James started the gap did not close- As for Vegas I remember STewy passed RV then RV passed him back and then Stewy tried that crazy quad in an attempt to get him back almost ate crap and still didn't get the pass realized he wasn't going to do it and let him go....then he acts like he just let RV go by saying he didnt race him because he wanted the championship....if so why even try the quad.

Last night an overweight RV came off a knee injury w 2 weeks of seat time and was with in 7 10ths of JS's time. To put down his accomplishments and his potential is foolish.

Please rewatch the heat race at Vegas. That race mattered because of gate pick. RV is a great rider but he is not even close to being the same league as Stewart. Nobody is!! Stewart is a man among boys right now.

Anybody that thinks that RV is a RC clone is borderline retarted.

Wow, the heat race means more than the actual race. All this time I thought the heat race was so you could get into the Main, and now RMZ819 has enlightened us all. Who
sounds retarted I mean retarded. Stewart is a racer among racers, proven by RC and
others in the past, and RV2 and Josh Grant last year, he CAN be BEAT.

I think its the other way round, RV will always have the conditioning and the fitness, but finding the speed to consistently pressure Bubba, and possibly even Reed, consistently on a SX track is not something easily learnt.
James ran him down on the second night at the US, and if RV wants to beat him in a championship battle he needs to find enough speed so Stewart can't run him down off a bad start.
To find that speed is going to take a lot of pushing himself on the practice track. Maybe having Chad and Ryan on the same team next year (Kawasaki for those who havent caught up) will allow them to push each other enough to find the edge.

RMzzzz and W-anker are borderline psycho. They attach themselves to the best rider, and behave as though his success is their success. Pathetic.
They don't seem to hope for, or enjoy good racing. They only want to see James win. As though it's their own accomplishment.

I guess we'll have to see. The us open really isnt indicative of anything to come. I mean JS is a great rider, but so are some of the other guys. JS takes mad chances to get what he want though. Thats why he a bad mofo.

Risk can be what makes you better than the next guy but it can also be what takes you down. Every single one of those guys on that gate are bad mofos and I wish each and every one of them a safe season.
