3/6/2022 7:30pm Anybody have a breakdown as far as assembly for maintenance. I can’t find any how to videos or documents anywhere. I’m sure they’re fairly simple but so is my fork rebuilding knowledge at this point. I figured I’d rather learn to work on them rather than ship them off every time my little guy has a issue. Thanks in advance.

1/4/2022 1:52pm I’m definitely a fan of the pc silencer look and sound. I haven’t used one of the Bud silencers before but the carbon one looks rad. I dig the gold wheel look you have goin, something about gold wheels just seems so cool.

Thank you! I had that issue with a dpr on my 96. So far this one seems to fit a touch better , not as trick as the cone pipe look . Ive used the but racing silencers before and really like the bark but wish it tucked up higher like the PC on yours

1/3/2022 7:02pm Check the weld on the end of the pipe where it mates with the silencer. My Bud pipe for my ‘96 wasn’t welded all the way and was making a mess of the frame and shock. Nice build by the way.

Props to him and the team, including Will Hahn. He earned it today, no luck involved. Got the monkey off of team Austria's back too. Hope he can keep it rolling. Into the top 3 with plenty of races left. He's been bashed a fair bit, and he's definitely due some respect. Mossiman deliver's a podium after showing speed all year.

Had low intentions of rebuilding it until California shut down. So here it is 9 months later just waiting on graphics. My first time actually restoring a bike...

My buddy has a 01 new CR 500 engine. All new OEM parts, (cases, cylinder, EVER part NEW, every stud / bolts Ti, trans tumbled, ported, head mod, crank balanced perfect, Hinson complete clutch, aftermarket hvy flywheel, complete carbon Reed assy, after market electrical, new OEM kick start and shifter. All new, never started. He might sell it for the right price. Plus a new Pro Circuit pipe and silencer

Well, the wallet finally spoke. I always told myself I would not push him into riding. But after a year of asking me for a bike I figured it was time. I put him on a strider at two, bicycle and Stacyc at 3, and now a PW at 5. For all those future dads this worked well for me. Not one time did we use training wheels. I paid a little too much for it but I don’t care one bit. His reaction, and first ride, made every penny worth it.
