WP AER 35mm forks

Anybody have a breakdown as far as assembly for maintenance. I can’t find any how to videos or documents anywhere. I’m sure they’re fairly simple but so is my fork rebuilding knowledge at this point. I figured I’d rather learn to work on them rather than ship them off every time my little guy has a issue. Thanks in advance.

The air cartridge is the only difference from a KYB or Showa. Here’s a link for that.

You will need a cartridge holding block from MX TECH $60. The right damper cartridge is like any other fork.

Not at all. The AER 35 is nothing like the AER 48

It’s the 50sx manual but it includes the forks..I’ll send it in the morning.

It's a video specifically for lowering forks on an SX-E5, but will give you a good idea what AER 35s are like internally.
