Dubach won the 40+ on Saturday.

Ryno won the first moto of 30+ on Sunday, and was leading the second moto when he got a rear flat. He rode it for most of the moto, but the tire came off with a lap or so to go. He stopped for a wheel swap, but Dubach got past him for the win.

Dubach, Ryno and Chris Yound looked great. They still know how to haul the mail. Pete Murray who finished 2nd in the 50+ expert class looked good considering he just picked up one of Dubach's old 2009 YZ450 Friday AM and rode it for the 1st time that afternoon and raced it Sunday. He had too miss Saturday because of kids Halloween commitments LOL.

Me personally...I had a blast... had a great time racing and I'm still standing. Fun time by all...tons of old racers from years past.

Thanks for the reports, guys.
I had a good racing weekend, but wish I could have been at GH.

These are about as good as I got. I remember seeing the bike under the MotoConcepts awning, but didn't get any shots of it there.

Thanks. I was meaning to say hi when I saw you under the tent but you were busy and I never got around to it afterwards. The track was brutal and it turns out drinking is not good training for riding. Who knew? The smoker held it's own on the start though so I was happy with that.

I think every VitalDriver needs to fess-up (brag a bit) as the very fact they participated and in which class.

"Moe 69" and DirtBikeMike are the only two i have heard about and I only really know DBM. It would be fun to hear a couple of lines of type regarding anything the wanted to mention about the event or if they survived intact, etc.

Yeah, it was a little weak this year for sure. Saturday's 40+ sounded like it had a better turnout.

Britain had 3rd, 4th and 5th in the first race and were on for similar results in the 2nd moto until Greg Hanson snapped his clutch lever off and Terry House stalled his bike.

I know Kurt Nicol rides Supermoto regularly but I didn't realise he would still be so fast on a Motocross bike. House and especially Hanson are incredibly quick and they ride alot, so I was amazed to read they finished behined Nicol. Shocked

I was a little bummed there were only 13 guys but at least I made a 100 bucks or so and got my money back. I was good for about 3 laps the first moto and 5 the second before arm pump set in. Not the best track to get arm pump on. Actually, the track itself kinda sucked, too many switchback sections.

I had a great weekend really I mean I could have done better and lord knows i was trying but there was some fast company! I loved the layout and got some great starts and rode my race! the only bummer was, I bent my shift lever and was stuck in 2nd gear in my 45+ moto2 after getting 2nd in the first moto ended up 8th overall in the 45 Int. and in the 50 Expert i got a great start moto 1 and ran 2nd for a lap before Pete deGraff and a couple others got by me and finished 8th for the moto and rode strong after a crummy start moto 2 to 11th for 9th in the world in the 50 Experts and Guy B took my picture!

I don't see Mr. Redwine's name on the results. He must not be riding any more.

Very nice man.

Congrats to all of you that raced. I'd love to make it out there sometime and race/practice on some of these tracks that I've heard of for decades. Maybe next year.

I rode the 45+ Nov - 15th 1st moto (lost 4 spots on the last lap because I screwed up the big uphill...) - was running 6th the 2nd moto and fell. Finished 21st that moto....16th overall on Saturday. Didn't race Sunday due to business commitments (bummer when you own your own gig)

For me it started out as a dare from a bunch of friends in the industry. Haven't raced or rode a bike since 2004 due to business responsibilities. Long story short...Gary Jones stepped up to the plate and offered me a choice to ride a 09-250f or 08-450f Honda... after Thurs / Fri practice days we decided to step down to the 250f... reason?... I'm outta shape LOL.

Had a blast... will be back next year. And on a two-stroke Smile

I went 2-4 in Saturday's 50+ Int race. Had good mojo working.

I must have walked under a ladder, stepped on a black cat and broke a mirror in my sleep Saturday night because in my first moto I had a rider harpoon my fork guard with his rear brake lever and we got stuck for about 2 minutes.

Then in the 2nd moto just after the start, me and another rider both wanted the same piece of real estate and neither of us backed off. Tangled bars and endo'd. Bent bars and taco'd radiator and I was out-ski.

Any crash you walk away from is a good one in my book.

See you Vets next year!

There were 38 in my class. 45 Int. on Saturday only. I got terrible starts.15th one moto and 12th the other. Went 5-6 and finished 5th place overall.Second moto was cut short by a lap which didn't help me at all.Unsure My lap times were good enough to get me second place but the guy that won had me covered. I just got pulled badly on the starts and had to work my way up. We had transponders so I have all our lap times. There were guys from Australia,Argentina, Japan,England,Belgium,Canada,Mexico, and elsewhere. The track was brutal. I was the 10th moto out of 13.The last moto we had the sun right in our eyes.Pretty sketchy. I was happy to come home safely in 5th with a nice trophy with each riders own photo on it and some goodies in a Swag bag.I gotta work on my starts!Whistling Oh,DrMrkr,I started on a gate behind a guy who had your sticker on his rear fender.I introduced myself. He seemed like a real nice guy.Had his kids helping him out.I told him to tell you hi.
