Luxon MX Liked a reply to forum topic FC350 Xtrig or Luxon?

Clearly I'm biased... Xtrig makes good parts of high quality, but they're heavy. If weight is an issue, you'll be about a full pound lighter with our clamps. The general consensus from those who try both is that they like ours better. For example, the Club MX team has been on Xtrig for some time, but they're switching to our clamps for 2022. We just got done testing with MXA yesterday on both KTM and GasGas bikes. Three test riders went back to back to back with our clamps, stock clamps, and another aftermarket clamp (not Xtrig, though), on both...

Great job being a dick!! I wrote a ride report because many people are curious about the Stark, especially since many reports/reviews are by high level riders. I thought a more "normal" person report would be nice. In the future, I would suggest scanning the subjects of threads before you click into them a read them. If I see a thread I don't care about, I simply don't read it. However, I may try clicking into them and leaving a dickish comment in the future... you've set such a great example

Good idea, we can add some to the clown bingo card/bitchin' generator: I can't stand the thought of a bike not making 100 dB but I can't stand the noise from 60 dB generator either, 18 000 pre-orders clearly show there is no interest for EMX, It's not a bike, just a toy, but I'm afraid it could be allowed to compete against ICE, If a startup can do this, Honda can do better whenever they want to (as evidenced by their record sales in electric cars reaching a humongous 1% of Tesla sales) EMX takes all the skills out...

Why do you care so much? Assuming you actually ride and have friends, when a buddy gets a new Honda 450f are you questioning him about the VIN?

It’s hilarious to see the doubters continually move the goal posts on why Stark is failing 🤣.

...It's a damn shame that we can't get nuclear power in California - I know they dumped it partially because of the reactor core problems (thanks TOSHIBA!) they had at San Onofre - but look at France, they have a ton of nuclear reactors with no issues? What scared me to finally get solar power is the proposal last year from So Cal Edison to charge a sliding utility rate based on customer's income! - Fuck those assholes...

I have 3 AC units, 2 pool pumps and 5 small and large refrigerators, and tons of other stuff that all run off my system. Some days when charging the cars and running A/C all day I do get into a deficit with my utility, but I sell so much back to them that I never get a bill and haven't since I installed the system.

My home utility bills used to be over 1200 a month in summer because I have a lot of shit to power at my house. Average my bill out and it was about 855 per month for the year. Temecula gets fucking hot in summer so we have AC running 24/7 in July thru September. Solar with 3 PowerWalls from Tesla was 47 K OTD installed. I got a 19K tax credit for the system so my net cost was 28K out of pocket. I charge 2 cars plus power my house for free now with a 28K net investment...

I didn't read everything here, but I have two Tesla's and a 18.5 KW roof top solar array with 3 backup power cells - also by Tesla. Not only do I produce more electricity than I need for home use (I sell excess back to the utility), I am able to charge both cars from the energy from my solar panels, so I don't have to pay ridiculous gas prices unless its for our gas powered cars and vans. My roof top solar energy system is autonomous even if internet connectivity is not available, and I can take the system...

That technique is mastered, reserved and patented to/by RV. He's the only guy who was successful riding like that. To steer with the rear you have to open the throttle early (before the apex) which is a really bad habit, tough to control grip/traction and tough to control where you wanna go. You have to enter the corner slower to steer with the rear or lock the rear to start the slide and time the release of the rear brake with your throttle. Very difficult and very inconsistent. The basic way to corner is to carry your momentum thru the...

Some people around here seem to vastly overestimate what the big OEMs can do (or actually grossly underestimate what Stark does). Sure they got way more money than Stark, and experience, manpower, customers and such. When was the last time you bought a PC from IBM, or anything from Kodak, or Nokia ? Anyway, going back to Honda, let's look at what they are doing right now for electric cars. Why cars? Because cars are about 70% of Honda revenue compared to about 10% for motorcycles, so that's where their priorities lie, that's where the money is. You know, it's...

I got my “bike has shipped” notice yesterday morning . I sent an email asking if it was being shipped via ocean cargo and they replied back this morning saying that it was shipped air freight. I suspect that I should be receiving it within the next week and a half or so. That would be 4 weeks ahead of...
