Probably because the Lawrences don't feel like the Wasserman company did anything wrong. Yeah, sometimes aggrieved people file lawsuits and name every entity within shouting distance of the crime (such as MX track owners). Instead, the Lawrences stuck to suing the individual responsible for the fraud.
