Awesome question. I don't have anything in my DB to quickly distinguish factory riders so I went a little rogue. This chart shows how many riders completed every round and how many missed at least one. To qualify for the chart, riders had to have a career average finish of 10.00 or lower in the premier class. That should have pulled most factory level guys. At a glance, I don't see much of a correlation one way or another. The two years that stick out to me are 2012 and 2020. Only ONE top rider in 2012 completed every round...

The real winners were anyone using the facilities because Anytime Outhouse was absolutely on it all weekend. I’ve never in my life seen anything as clean as those all weekend.

Yes, I am on my way back from Italy right (Ducati intro). I had a really messed up travel schedule getting there (took nearly 30 hours because every flight got messed up). Have had terrible wifi and haven't been able to work much while I've been gone. It'll be up late today or first thing in the morning.

Bring back 125 All Star Race? No. Bring back a proper 125 series, like the EMX125 series. Great racing, with a 25 + 2 format. To keep some Fans happy, maybe allow some ex Pros to do it for one event, and not just the (up to 19?) aged riders. As, 25mins + 2laps, might just be a leveler between 'haggard' old racers, and energizer bunny youngsters. But, I'd prefer it to be just the younger riders out there. Have a squizz at EMX 125 racers , those who haven't, and you'll see blazingly fast and immensely skilled riders, all...

I went. I’d say attendances was around 15,000-20,000. The capacity of B.C. place is 55,000 with the upper level open, for this event and most, like MLS it’s closed. I thought is was pretty well attended when the gate dropped. I was expecting worse. Whole thing wasn’t an AMA level production but who expected that? I had fun and was stoked to see a real track (not arena cross)

7/22/2024 11:38am Not in the States, but I just ordered this kit to Canada through Scrub and received it today. No issues with getting the kit, shipping was very quick, but I did have to pay tax on the invoice amount to FedEx prior to delivery. There was no duty or other fees on this for us north of the border.

There’s some tech shots in here, but I wasn’t in attendance for Hangtown. As I’ve mentioned before, we get a lot of heat for Pit Bits and it effects our hired out photographers. I can deal with the backlash when I’m shooting but it effects their work for other clients if they don’t have certain access. I’m doing Thunder Valley this weekend.

The 250 class in Canada is a Pro-Am class. We allow intermediate/B riders to race with the pros, hence the reason why pro riders are able to line up as A/Pro Sport riders in the US. Personally, I think it's a great thing. Concerning the mileage, I don't have a list of all the amateur nationals, but I wouldn't be surprised if they put less miles on the motorhome doing the Canadian Nationals than all the US amateurs nationals.
