Dirt bike contest/game ideas

My club, Daytona Dirt Riders has Pax rented out next weekend for a private ride weekend as a Christmas party/thanks for all the members hard work through the year. We have a couple things planned between guys. I have a Clydesdale Cup race against another bigger dude but I'm looking for ideas on what to do in the spirit of friendly competition and general foolishness. A slow race, a holeshot contest are already planned. Anyone have any other ideas? We have everything from older C riders to AA riders so something that levels the playing field and increases the silliness is encouraged.

If you want to do head to head, how about a race on a shortened track with the AA handicapped? Or have them switch bikes.

We had an event where we did a timed barrel race, 50' rail ride on a 4 x 4. One hand basic turn track for time. It gets more competitive than you would think.

Corner Limbo

Dead engine start with riders standing in front of their bikes

No clutch loops, start with an easy loop (like a lap of the track backwards), use pylons to add difficult each round.  Stall or foot down and you don't get to advance to the next round.

I considered doing a handicap race but I think too many people (me for one) would sandbag.  lol

I like the rail ride and one handed turn track, they do have a figure 8 as well.

I like corner limbo, I've seen that but didn't think of it.

Dead engine LeMans starts is how we race in FTR.

How about a game where you put on a pair of blacked out goggles and see who can identify 6 or 7 different motorcycles by feel only. They can sit on them, touch the frame, gas tank, engine shape etc.  Make a list of which bikes are in the game, hide them from view from the players beforehand obviously, then see who can guess which is wich.  A 125 vs a 450 would be easy obviously, and on the 450's a kickstarter could be a giveaway 😄, but how about a husky vs ktm vs kx vs yzf vs vs gas gas vs crf 450's.  Never heard of it before. Just read your post and that's what popped into my skull lol. Riding skill wouldn't be an advantage but mechanics or guys that maintain their own bikes might have an edge. Contestants go down the line and try to guess which is which. Just an idea. Sounds like a fun event good luck !

We've done full gear foot races, always good entertainment. Best if you can start at the top of a hill or jump landing.

You can never go wrong with a wet t-shirt contest or tasteful donkey show

Strap all your wives/significant others to mini bikes and have them duke it out  (edit, looks like it’s been mentioned)

Relay race but use a pair of women’s bikini bottoms as the “baton”

Not a bad idea, we could line up about 5 bikes and you have to guess which members bike it is.

I'm really stoked about this; it should be a great weekend. We have a few vendors showing up for us:

1) Local WPS rep.

2) Ducati demos.

3) Beta demos.

4) Trek bicycle demos.

5) Group meal Saturday night.

6) Best part is we have a great track to ourselves for two days and us as a club is picking up the tab for every member.

Moral of the story is if you are not involved in a local club, you should join one and if your club doesn't do stuff like this it's time they step their game up.

Tasteful donkey show??? Can’t quite picture it. How about pin the tail on the donkey by riding past the donkey with the pin in your left hand.

The donkey show has to be tasteful, we're dirt bikers, not bikers.   lol

We used to do 4 man team relay races, 2 dad's, 2 kids. Do 1 lap on an 85/65, switch riders, and so on.
