Just finished my 2005.  Polisport kit fit great.  Only issue was fork guards didn’t fit and I had to drill new mounting holes in the front fender.

That looks really good with the new fender and plate. Nicely done.

Really happy with the way mine turned out. I’m going to put a red and black seat cover on next. I haven’t tried the fork guards yet.

Not talking about seller-related issues but customs/duties/broker related ones.

I've bought several items from overseas and it was the same as if I'd bought from a US-based seller but I've had friends that had import horror stories (like getting Airoh helmets).

Your friends may have had issues because the Airohs were safety items. I once ordered a bunch of parts from my own company's German facility, and we had no problem with anything except the sunglasses. Try to import anything that covers the eyes? Forget it.

As soon as someone gets around to offering yellow Yamaha plastics for the current generation 2 strokes  I’ll definitely be getting one of these kits, I like that you can replace any of the plastics with stock or aftermarket.

Not in the States, but I just ordered this kit to Canada through Scrub and received it today. No issues with getting the kit, shipping was very quick, but I did have to pay tax on the invoice amount to FedEx prior to delivery. There was no duty or other fees on this for us north of the border.

These R-Tech kits looked about ten times better than the new YZs, IMO...

I did my 2016 125 a couple months ago. The kit arrived from Scrub Designs in just over a week,  Everything bolted on just like it was made for it.

I really like the modern ergonomics compared to the 2016 stuff. Flatter cockpit, and slimmer as well.  The seat bolts to the rear fender just like the way Yamaha did it. I don't think there's any reason you couldn't use a 2024 subframe if you had a crash and bent one, same goes with the seat.

My only complaint about the kit is that the seat foam is too soft. It defeats the upgrade to  flatter seat tank junction when you sink too far into the seat.  Easy fix though. Overall the kit is a great deal considering everything that you get
