5/19/2024 11:13am Just finished my 2005. Polisport kit fit great. Only issue was fork guards didn’t fit and I had to drill new mounting holes in the front fender.

Thanks. If I remember right I used a 1996 kickstarter lever I have since taken it off and put the stock 86’ back on modified a tab onto the foot peg so it doesn’t hit the clutch cover. Yes it’s a DC cover. And it doesn’t fit very good. I heated it up with a torch ( be very careful) to bend it and there is a zip Ty under the red tape.
