I only watched live so far so haven't experienced this issue, but i just checked and i'm able to see all of today's races under this link:

Subscription settings are under "my profile" by clicking your profile name, than under "plan details" you have a manage option with the unsubscribe button (granted this is all done on pc with a browser not through any app)

*edit: After opening my posted link again i also now got an error "no source video was found", if i click another replay on the right hand side to pick another moto it worked again, no clue whats going on but there does seem to be some issue

Have you tried clearing your browser history & cache?

I can watch it from my phone live no problems but when i watch the archives it will cut out. Its like it needs to be watched without skipping fwd

It's the Replay. MX2 moto 2 is broken from around 45.04, and MXGP moto 2 from 18 min mark (video times, not moto). 

When it plays, it might play for 1-2min and then stop again and have to reload complete page, for it to happen again. 

It's fucking disaster.

I have been able to watch all races except the MX1 race 2, plays for 5 seconds and stops. Have refresh the page but still only 5 seconds.

what a joke when i try to watch replays 2 weeks in a roll works for a a few minutes then just buffers very disappointed

I've had no problems but my mate is struggling.. It's crazy cause it's been pretty much flawless for the last few years (for us anyway) and now when they really don't need to give anyone another reason to not follow the GPs this happens..

Same here. Tried different devices, clearing history, blah blah. Live broadcast first motos was ok. Tried watching second motos later in the day and wanted to throw my tv through a window. Trying to get a refund. Shame too. I really enjoyed the racing. Track was brutal and those guys are fun to watch. Paul and JT calling the races is a breath of fresh air as well.

Did you watch all mxgp and MX2 motos? On what platform? 

I tried on windows, android, apple. Same issue on all. And this comes up on windows. 

The streaming files are corrupt. No matter what resolution. 

I’m having the same problem as everyone has mentioned, put in a complaint with the chat-bot. No problems for eight years and now this crap. Watched hours and hours of MotoGP this weekend without any problems at all. I hope that Lewis and Adam will address this on the MXGP podcast.

Last week was horrible and I gave up trying to watch them.  This week a bit better but could not watch 2nd mxgp moto as it kept on crashing.  I did comment on their FB page replays are horrible this year

Ok so I'm not the only one. I'm a pretty tech savvy guy and can troubleshoot a lot of things on my own, but I can't for the life of me figure out why the replays just end at any point. I've been going back and forth with them over email too, but I never got the "we know its an issue and we are looking into it" response. I just keep getting troubleshooting advise from them that does me no good. I'm pretty pissed off about it. I paid $150 or something like that for the whole season and so far I have watched 2 full motos. The rest cut out on me.

For whatever it’s worth, last night and this morning was the first time this year I’ve been able to successfully watch all the replays on multiple devices.  Hopefully they’ve got  it sorted out and no one else is having issues anymore as I have never been able to watch replays successfully until last night.

I was having the same issue and going back and forth with their support (which kept suggesting the same troubleshooting tips). They finally emailed me yesterday admitting the issue was on their end and that their technicians had fixed it. I watched this weekend's race replays with no issues, haven't had a chance to go back and watch the whole races but last weekend's races seemed to be working better for the 5 minutes I tested as well.

I had streaming issues over the weekend too. Been a longtime subscriber to MXGP-TV and never had a problem. However, the streaming of the replays at the weekend was driving me insane. Couldn’t watch more than 2 mins of racing straight without it pausing and jumping back to the start. Done all the trouble shooting with no luck. Finally messaged them stating my disappointment and got an email back saying they are aware of the issue and are working on it, I’ll attach the email. Funnily enough, the streaming of replays was flawless after that. I hope they get it fixed, it’s usually a great service.

I couldn't get the replays to work properly over the weekend and I'm in the UK.
