If Gajser has any title aspirations left, it has to happen here to relaunch his ambitions. It's "his" track, with a lot of Slovenian fans attending and he won his very first GP here in 2015, after beating Herlings straight up on his semi-factory Honda Gariboldi. He won last year aswell with a 2-1-1, and won 6 times in total at Pietramurata. If it doesn't work for him here, I'm afraid it won't work at all during the rest of the season on a regular basis.

He was 2 seconds faster on hard pack as well, over Gajser and Herlings. I’ll probably get downvoted for this but Lucas is turning into what Herlings should have been for a career path. Get out of the 250 class fast and up to a 450. For elite guys that’s how it should be. I disagree with DeWolf take, IMO Lucas is another level. Kay should not follow him to USA. Stay in Europe avoid Lucas and go into an era where your the young gun.

Just remembered that another rare tweeter appeared last year to correct a Lewis Phillips, Ian Harrison report. Maybe Ian is using Lewis to communicate with his riders?

Coenen really evolves into something we haven't seen since Herlings 2018 speed wise. Absolutely mind blowing how he blows the doors off top guys.

I have never seen Herlings get gapped that easily in a sand race, ever. Especially when healthy. And I have seen him growing through the ranks since his 85cc days
