8th isn't exceptional for him but I'm surprised how close Wright is to the guys in front of him minus the top 3, didn't have a great start either

Jeffrey looking so good. Almost doing 'sand stuff' out there with his technique.

He looked great on it at Ironman too!

I wish they would show the Garcia Webb battle. Both of those guys are DGAF!

Edit to add: they cut to it just as I posted.

Sacha is his own worst enemy. His decision making is what hurt him today. Maybe he will mature overnight?

Crashing is what caused him not to win the MX2 title.

Yeah. It’s kind of like that Mitch Hedberg joke.

Sacha used to make bad decisions. He still makes bad decisions, but he used to too.

Well, that's a sharp reference! Mitch would deadpan approve of it.

Team USA decision making for bike changes is going to be tough. Levi is the only one who really knows his bike so his input should be helpful. But Webb and JuJu probably don’t know if a change would hurt or help. They’re gambling with any changes they make.

Do they get track time tomorrow or just the sight lap?

First time on a Husky, and in open class no less, solid ride Webb, solid ride!

Herlings, what a legend, what else can you say seriously.

Everts, great job young man, almost looked better on that 450 then you did this regular season on your 250.

Webb was a little soft mid moto, then got better.  Just not quite enough to get back by.  P7 but tied for P5 with 2 guys riding brand new bikes isn't bad.

Latvia looking good for the top 5...

France looking like they will dominate.  Only Herlings or Prado might steal a little of their thunder.

They'll get 15 minutes of warm-up in the morning, and a sight lap before their motos.

Latvia was the only team to drop in rankings from dropping their worst score.

He never gets great starts. Ran 8th for awhile then lost the momentum. A couple errors/bad laps and dropped to 11th. He was gaining back on 9th.

Feels like FRA is solid for P1.

I'd say ESP and NED and BEL fighting for P2.

Then ITA and LAT and USA fighting for P5.

What will tomorrow bring?  Nobody knows, so many of these races have had complete surprise outcomes.  Early alarm tomorrow here in the west of USA.

I don't think the dutch team will fight for a second place tomorrow...

They should have just had juju ride a 250 in the 450 class. Bet he would be turning faster lap times

Why so many dislikes? Everybody forgot Marvin on 250 some years ago?

It’s not like JuJu had time on the bike. He rode it today and was running inside the top 10. I’m sure he’ll improve tomorrow, weird things happen at this event.
