To be honest and fair, I was all tuned into watching red bud and it was great. I seen highlights of wsx and… well it didn’t do it for me. I wish them luck, but I don’t see it.

Not sure how this will look since it’s from my phone and an image saved from my FB post (about 500kb I’m guessing) but I wanted to share something (I can’t seem to share more than one image at a time from my phone) anyway… just a few weeks before Redbud I finally took delivery of my new Z400 2.8 TC lens after a year long wait… I think it was worth it. this is 560mm 320iso @f5.6 1/3200sec

My KX500 is quite amazing, actually. As is my ‘07 RM125 that carves better than any of the latest offerings from the OEMs. Oh, and, my ‘79 CR250 makes a lot of these new bikes seem like very HEAVY boat anchors. In fact, smokers are sooooo good that I’m thinking I need a 300 for off-roading instead of my 450. I’m jus’ sayin’…

This sport does not need more fragmentation for the premier scene. There is pretty much 9 month of racing already for us fans, and we for sure don't need 3 parallel series during summer specially with all the national series running. I want to see as tough competition as possible when I turn on a race. This serie leads to less. Also feels like more of arenacross to watch it.

For moto I can see going strictly with e-start. But offroad in the boonies and ravines give me the option! I think Rieju is the only offroad...

Well, maybe Suzuki has it right and all the other manufactures have it wrong? The need to release a new model every four years has a significant cost and R&D /manufacturing etc. Suzuki proved its old bike can still be competitive in the right hands. With the ever changing economy and the continued cost of a new bikes approaching /passing the 12k+ barrier, will other manufactures start pushing out new bike releases to 5 or 6 years with just minor updates to keep costs in line? I realize Suzuki situation is extreme and doubt a new model will ever come...
