Jamie is an inspiration and truly a good dude. A diehard fan who went from literally digging ditches to a legit MX media role for a few years living out his dream. I think I remember back when he got the gig Steve joking with him about walking off the job site giving everyone the bird and he was very humble saying he made sure to leave on good terms knowing that this could eventually happen and was just grateful for the opportunity. Hopefully he stays in the industry, may not get a super attractive salary but as the saying...

Yes, Jamie’s time with us will be coming to an end in mid-July. Things change in our gig, budgets, direction, needs, etc. Jamie is a good dude, period. It wasn’t an easy or hastily made decision. He’ll have been with us for just about three years and he’s grown a lot in the profession during that time. I’m excited to see where he goes and continues to grow from here. I’m very confident he will find / build something good for himself. I know there’s plenty of people in our industry and even outside of it looking out for him...

There’s some tech shots in here, but I wasn’t in attendance for Hangtown. As I’ve mentioned before, we get a lot of heat for Pit Bits and it effects our hired out photographers. I can deal with the backlash when I’m shooting but it effects their work for other clients if they don’t have certain access. I’m doing Thunder Valley this weekend.

A Red Cross flag means don’t jump, so they put the flag out at the top of the jump you’re not supposed to jump??? Not at the base of the up ramp, not in the corner before, not in any position to give the rider a fair warning. Doesn’t make sense, especially given its purpose is for safety.
