2/26/2026 11:01pm Flags that you can't see has very limited safety function. Just as we saw last weekend. They shouldn't flag on top of the jump. It's been constant complain from riders and teams that they can not see the flags in certain situations, specially ones with steep jump faces. We have the same issue on our track, and use double flaggers. We can not penalize a rider when we know it is extremely difficult/impossible to see the (second flag), however, you still need the flag on top of jump to have clear line of sight for when the obstacle is cleared...

2/15/2026 4:14am If we ever get anyone from Kawi in front of the media again and they don’t go hiding like they did all of last year, hopefully someone can ask them how it’s possible that they signed two of the best talents in the sport in the last two years and both of them look the worst they ever have done in their entire career

2/8/2026 10:50am Cool Idea. But I think the fair method would be half a bike lenght staggered start.

2/8/2026 10:46am I think they should go to a 3 row start. First row 6 riders Second 2 rows 8 riders Fastest in qualifying gets rewarded with a good gate Top 3 in each heat would get front row gate picks for the mains Other benefits Reduced first turn wrecks , reduced early lap massive wrecks over rhythms by sorting by speed and spreading out the field a touch Would gain an entire extra lane in sx leading to longer and better tracks with less wear and would reduced the lappers by having 15% longer lap times. Better racing by getting the...

One race is early to say anything but he did look comfortable no doubt. I am interested to see it on the tighter slick tracks. But love to see it from Eli.

11/7/2025 7:54am I really do believe him about the Kawasaki. I’m certainly not saying it’s a bad bike in any way, shape, or form, but I am a buyer in that he just didn’t like it and couldn’t get it to work well enough for him to ride at 100%. Him walking away from a big dollar contract to ride something else is the frosting on the cake for me. Something held him back and we’ll find out soon enough if it was indeed the bike. I don’t put a lot of stock into what happens in SX, but when we get...

10/16/2025 3:17pm Last 15 years? Reed, Chatfield, Anstie, Swaneopol, Townley, Rattray, Pourcel, Searle, Noren, Musquin, Roczen, Tonus, Ferrandis, Lawrence, Kullas, Farres, Vialle, Prado, Guillod, Paturel, Haarup. That doesn't count the dabblers like Desalle, Strijbos, DeDyker, Teillet, Simpson, Cairoli, Gilbert. I've probably missed some but you get the point. Guys like Gajser, Fevre, and Herlings have been loyal and have carried the GP's for a while now, but when they retire the next generation all seem to have eyes on the US. I agree with mxaniac that the GPs need to make some changes if they want to retain the top European talent.

10/16/2025 3:10pm Just offering another angle on the “LLM vs human” question — not as a debate, but as a reflection on pattern and perception. Fair question — I AM not saying humans are identical to LLMs, only that both express pattern recognition built from prior input. The difference is in scale and substrate, not in principle. An LLM reflects collective human language. A human reflects collective experience through biology. Both mirror what they’ve been fed — one in code, one in cells. When I speak of AI as “discovered,” I mean intelligence itself isn’t new; we simply built a tool that...

10/16/2025 3:02pm How do you rationalize that AI is breaking theoretical inertia (outside of the box thinking) when the data feeding the AI is from mainstream sources (inside the box)? Why does AI need "the right team asking the right questions" to come to the best resolution? What's the limiting factor?

10/10/2025 3:03pm Exactly. Whatever you think about him, he is betting on himself in this situation (walking away from a multi million contract) and you should have some respect for that. I've personally seen him ride since he was on 85s, dominating in his first year on the 125, making big steps on the 250 and becoming a multiple times World Champion. He had to fight for those titles. Especially the MXGP ones against Herlings and Gajser, two of the biggest names in our sport the past 10+ years. As a dirtbike fan I hope he turns things around. Personally I've never...

10/10/2025 3:01pm There is a alot of dumb shit in this thread. Let's look at facts. Multi time world champ on big bikes and little bikes. Never really an ailment when it comes to riding. Gets on the kawi and definitely has struggles. Most definitely blames the bike and team for results and struggles associated. But. Had never been this way before.....proving innocence or guilt based on the situatio7n? I lean toward innocence based on track record. Could be wrong but man if there was ever an argument for you're only as good as your last race this is it. I worked...

10/8/2025 1:17pm Some of these takes are crazy. I feel like some of you guys have genuinely never been in a high stress relationship in your life. Whether it’s correct is irrelevant, but Jorge perceived that his career and future were jeopardized and made strong reactions. I support the guy just as much as before. He did what he thought was best, and was strong about it. Meanwhile fat guys online are mad about it😂

9/6/2025 12:15am Kawi has a bad history of not making the bike what riders want and need. Tomac had some freaky bad moments and riders get easily blamed. I never hear AC say the bike or staff had any problems so they kept him his whole career. He only spoke of him trying to adapt with his nerve injuries instead of the bike having problems. Remember Williamson? He’s the most easy going guy like Prado is fun and genuine and he quit with an attitude so I can see even s nice kid like Prado could get frustrated after a while. I...

9/5/2025 3:45pm If we’re looking at blame pie, Prado is the baker, but where’s there’s smoke there’s fire, Kawi aren’t innocent in all of this. Will be very interesting if the the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, comes out one day. Could see it becoming a long form saga article.

9/5/2025 3:39pm I got a totally different vibe. I appreciate that if Prado doesn’t agree with a question inference he’s not going to just go along with it and agree but give his honest opinion. I don’t see it as him having an attitude to just not agree. I haven’t seen Prado speak in a while but when I did he was optimistic and feeling like he could run with them. I heard something about bike issues and I don’t think of Prado as being a cry baby but it must be scary if it’s not handling right and to be outside...

9/5/2025 3:36pm Well, here’s the one from washougal that started it all. He actually says the team is trying their best and they are gonna get there. To me, it sounds more like a guy that’s frustrated knowing he’s better than he’s showing, and not getting the tools he thinks he needs to get the job done. But he says it a couple times that the team is working hard to get him there. But as I mentioned before, working hard and not being on the same page can both be true. https://www.vitalmx.com/videos/features/press-day-interviews-2025-washo…
