Doing some tube fitting tests. The first one is about how the factory does it including the race bikes. The 2nd version is how i've seen a few TM's have them routed and the last is the common way all other manufactures do it. Will most likely go with the TM way, waiting on the vent hose bracket that mounts to the bowl screw to get the final fitment. Will source a black fuel line, bit too much pink going on. When i first posted, you can see the front caliper set up was wonky with bunch of washers. Somehow...

Just a few more pics and Bike weighs in at 89kg which is near the same as 125 i could probably nock that down another good bit

That was my brother who ruined things flipped his 79 off a stump bent the fork tubes. Showed up with a low hours 79 yz80. All stock cept for the super trap spark arrestor with those adjustable disc's. Remember those. Then everyone wanted a 2 stroke. My dad didn't think I was big enough for a 80 I could barely ride the xr75. It was a lil to heavy so he got me this 84 cr60 that scared me at first. And I ended up riding the xr for longer. Always wanted to do a bike with these ‘team-issue’ only PC silencers. Strangely the kawi’s never used them but YZ and RM factory bikes had the extra support welded to the stinger tip. I got some photos and measurments of an original one so I could replicate it. Firstly I shortened the body to corrext length, fabbed up the bracket based on some cardboard bits then had it Tig welded up. New decal to finish it off!
