Sacha might have made more money for himself with that performance in future money here in America than he will winning that MX2 championship. Bargaining power in his future US MX deal, he smoked the field he will be racing. Gear companies will throw more money at him because he can win and people over here already love him.

From what I understand, it was a contract that "allowed" them to race in the US to "their" want if available in between races.

Now is safe to say that Sacha Coenen is a fastest MX2 rider on the world.

I think if Lucas wins the 450 MXGP series he would have to ride 450 SX.

What the Coenen’s are doing doesn’t seem too out of line or unusual. Of course there is risk, but there is risk training at home (see Jett). I am glad they came and hope they still race Ironman. Getting track and series familiarity for their future.

I wonder about Ducati. Ferrandis seems to be showing that the bike is solid, he's looking better than he has since his title. I can't imagine they don't have the money, and like Prado, Chase may ride for cheaper base to get away from green. This year has been awful for Chase, and a million times worse for Kawi. Everybody has seen that even though Chase has almost never been happy with his team and bike, he has still almost always been able to lay down the fastest lap and be a threat to win every race... until this year...

That would be anything but that. Spotlight would be huge

Chase will have options, he's a 450 SX and MX champ who still has the speed to win. I'm more curious about what options Kawi has, at this point. They need to clean house and start from scratch, their program is obviously not working and hasn't for a long time.
