I'd like to see Guillem come back and be the second 250 rider on Triumph next year rather then get bumped up to 450.

Coenens are freaks and especially in the sand. Remember, sacha won bot motos at kegums this season by 30sec or so.

I dont think Sacha couldve have done any more to prove he was on another level yesterday goes 1-1-1 for the day 1st moto Had many mistakes in the first corners, no one was able to capitalize. Over 30 seconds lead. 4 seconds a lap faster at times 2nd moto: Arguably a generational talent and current points leader Cole Davies gets the holeshot. Sacha closed the gap, made a huge mistake, closed the gap quickly again, passes him, opens up a over 15 seconds lead, crashed hard, injures himself, probably breaking something, rides with no goggles.. and STILL runs faster...

Sasha wasnt the only guy crashing. Both members of the Law Firm, RJ 3x, Lucas, Shimoda, Levi, Craig and on and on. Surprisingly, and much respect to Deegan who kept it on 2 wheels. I thought he would have wadded up this weekend. He is doing great riding in the top group and staying up.

It was sand. I think if Sacha did the whole season he would win the title but it's not like he would win every race by 30 sec. Thunder valley 2nd moto was a lot closer. But it does show how stacked the MX2 class is. There's 7 riders that are very close: Sacha, Farres, Längenfelder, Mclellan, Everts, J Reisulis, Valin. Probably 4-5 of them could have won Southwick. Maybe not by 30 sec but they're all good in the sand.

The Coenens grew up in Belgium and cut their teeth on deep sand tracks. Southwick ain't a sand track by European standards.

I wouldn't call the Wick a real sand track but it's sandy enough to cause problems for our guys that never really have to deal with it. It's a different animal. Gotta practice it to get comfortable.

It is never weak when it has results all over the place and consistency wins the championship and sometimes never even wins a single race.

I wonder if anyone will get together a package with flights, room, and tickets. It would be cool to travel in a group of moto heads there.

Where is everyone thinking of staying? At nearly 40 years old I feel i might be too old for the campground. That shit looks absolutely out of control. I want to actually see the race, not stay awake for 3 days listening to burnouts and bikes exploding. Fuck I feel old and like a bitch even writting that.
