It's an injury to the C7, 10 hour surgery last night and is recovering with his family. His son is okay, in a walking boot but shook up about the events on Saturday. I know that's got to be tough to witness as a kid. Thanks for the concern, I know his family appreciates it.

Literally news just dropped that someone is in pretty bad shape after an accident at Millville and half the posts are more about the track closing from litigation. Whether that happens or not, maybe focus on the persons well being right now. OP hope your friend is doing okay.

The shitty thing is that it wouldn't necessarily be the injured spectators that would sue but their insurance company trying to recoup costs.

Dead tree fell over onto spectator as said previously. My wife and one of her coworkers (both RN's) were right by and began tending to him immediately after the incident until the helicopter arrived. Not going to speculate on his condition as I do not know the facts, but wish the best for him and his family. Crazy how fast things can happen...

Love it used to be my favorite track now I like 508 better… maybe because it’s about 15 minutes closer about a 215 lap time has a nice sandy section, etc. They generally groom it pretty well as well.

Unfortunately here in crappy old England we don’t have public trails anywhere so you have to go to enduro events for anything even close. Quite a few tracks though, closest one to me is FatCat Motoparc which is sand and has 2 decent tracks, about 40 mins away for me. I have around 6 tracks within an hour and my favourite track Preston docks sand track is about 2 hours away.

The Northeast honestly has it pretty good. Not all of the tracks are great, but most of them are fun, and well maintained/groomed. The only thing I'm not a huge fan of in the Northeast is a lack of flaggers and medical staff at some tracks. You really need an EMT on site and multiple blind jumps with no flaggers is... worrisome.

Massachusetts is fine Crow hill 508 international MX 101 Southwick and Wareham all within an hour and 10 minutes

Damn, feel sorry for you guys. I'm in the middle of Illinois and I have at least 5 tracks within an hour. 2 tracks less than 15 minutes. Not counting private tracks
