I have always loved the looks of the RMZ, tough to beat yellow, so when my son wanted to do a bike build we picked the Suzuki. Bad part? The engine was so much worse than expected, but I guess that is the fun of it all. Have a look if you are a RMZ fan and you love to see neglected engines get a new life. For sale is my 2008 CRF450R that is titled in my name. This bike had never touched dirt when I bought it January 2025, and I’ve put just 3 hours on it since then. I realized it wasn’t the bike for me and I wanted to keep it as low hour as possible. I have to believe this is the cleanest, lowest hour ‘08 in the country. I completely rebuilt the carb, new tires, new grips, air filter. Otherwise it is 100% stock. $5,500 OBO. Located in Ohio.

I got to the bottom of some 'hot topics' with Eli and Jorge today. Now, I'm much smarter for it! Honestly, props to them both for answering honestly in what are clearly tricky circumstances.

At race speeds during the beginning of a race Jett can see and read the tiniest of things to pick apart the track for being just a tiny bit quicker here and a tiny bit quicker there when he puts them all together his lap times get better as he goes. Jett is a master track chef cutting slicing and dicing

I'm sure he's been told just about everything under the sun. He's worked with HRC, now DeCoster. Jett is just too good at the moment, and a mental coach ain't gonna change that.

Some of you will say "Yeah, no sh*t, dude", but aside from the top 5 or so guys, I never think of these athletes making a ton of money... and certainly not what they deserve given the risks involved. However, I was pleasantly surprised to hear that at least some make more than I expected when listening to the latest Dean Wilson episode on Gypsy. Around 55:35 (on Spotify), he said that he was fortunate to have his mom keep him pretty disciplined with his money starting at an early age. He said that since around 2010, he's been putting...

My wife wants us to head up so we can get some steamed MD crabs and we will be staying at a RV park in Colonial Beach VA about 45 minutes from Budds. Get ready for history overload from the DC Smithsonian museums . You could easily spend a week there and not see everything. Hotels down there aren’t that bad either. I sure miss going to Hammerjacks in Baltimore.

Get there early. We found a spot in the trees in the middle of the track kind of by Henrys hill. You can see 90% of the track, but we walked all around and took it all in. The amature sx on Friday night sounds cool but it rd one of the fall series we signed up to do so we will not be attending.

The (multiple) home owners across the street from entrance will sell parking spots for $20. You'll appreciate it in the afternoon. Watch out for the Amish. Best spectating spot is bottom of Henry Hill. The people there will slightly move to see start side of track, then shift to see the leaders come around to the other side. 90% track viewability from there. ..Oh.. and the humidity doesn't leave the valley/track. H20!!!

I moved from Socal to Maryland a decade ago, and Budds is now my local track! Great track. The weather has cooled down to normal summer heat vs the crazy heat wave we just went through. Should be a great weekend to be there! As far as stuff to do, the track is kinda out of the way of anything...
