12/9/2021 6:58am Ended up with the 2018.....just was easier to convince the mrs....with lower cost. except for leaky fork seal and a cracked rear fender (small but still) seems ok. Now to tear down and look at closer. Will be weird as been on 2st since 09...... Anyone found a good alternative to the dual exhaust? seems like a lot of extra...

It was roached but made a great project and I race it in Late model Vintage class...

12/1/2021 4:45pm If you have money for the 22, go for the 22. With that said. The deal on the 18 with only 3h is really, really good. You could ride it for a year or two and lose next to nothing. Just in case the 4 stroke thing is not something for you, the 18 is almost a risk-free buy.

3/28/2021 5:29am Subframe bolts, Sprockets bolts, TI Shock Spring. Also used Carbon Fiber head stays, And few other CF pieces. Drilled washers, ti seat brackets, ti air filter bolt. I did not do the axles (I read a lot of conflicting experiences (breaking/freezing) and they are stupid expensive. Like the cost for the front and rear axles is more than I paid...

3/26/2021 6:24pm Yeah I agree. Measured it a few times to check it.......craziest part is it is having to relearn how to ride it. The power band kicks in and it wants to launch away....lol......Looking forward to first full race test next weekend at Budds Creek

Mr. Robinson Liked a reply to forum topic Need help YZ Swingarm conversion
2/16/2021 10:42am No, that will jack the back end up too much. Just the opposite of what the YZ pull arm does. I tried running more sag with the 142mm arm, but it seemed to blow thought the stroke, or like the progression was gone. When I did my first one I tried a bunch of arms and a couple of adjustable arms. If you want to squat the rear a little, like what a longer arm with the stock swingarm and rocker does, then a 144mm arm is about right for that. Personally, I didn't care for that either. It's pretty...
