I guess nobody remembers in the early 2000's 05? Ish. I don't know the whole details. Just recall he had a tbt shop in Monroe wa. Suddenly closed up shop and skipped town outta state. People got hosed on getting thier stuff back.
Hopefully that worked out never heard anything more. I heard it was supposedly he owed the state taxes. And for a long while there i never saw or heard of anyone with tbt stuff. Until like 10 ish years ago I saw something mentioned tbt in so cal.
That was back in 04 when he Tax Warrants out by the State of Washington. He has been sued multiple times as Tuning By Travis which is probably why he had to change the business name and LLC names so it's harder to track and find.

I remember back around 2000-2001 where he apparently burned Hillsboro Motorcycles (pre-Motosport Hillsboro days) for money concerning some bikes. Dont remember the details but heard it straight from their bookkeeper at the time.

Back in 91 pretty sure this is the guy that worked at a totem lake (Kirkland Wa) Kawasaki dealership that I used to buy stuff from. I would get my paycheck and go straight to the shop to buy stuff.
Out at SIR (now pacific raceway I believe) I messed up on a double and broke both my legs.
I went to the hospital and a guy named Travis that worked at that shop said he’d take care of of my bike and stuff for me.
When I got it back it was missing some aftermarket parts I had on it. And I allways thought it was that Travis guy that did it.
I have wondered if it was this same guy? Can’t remember his last name from back then.
Kinda funny if it was. Means he was a Douche bag from the beginning as a parts counter guy at the local shop. I do remember that Travis guy (who was younger then me I believe) told me to soak my new o-ring chain in gas to loosen it up 🤣

Travis worked at Issaquah Honda during that time, he never worked at Totem Lake Kawasaki (Aaron Shardleman did though if you remember him!).

Jolly Rogers was my favorite place for a concussion! No doubt, your head was guaranteed to hit a rock! 😄 Though it was a fun track to ride, even when you snuck in to practice and it was tore up, I loved that place. The crashes just hit a little different. lol
I miss that place. Rocks sucked but the layout and elevation were a blast.
Getting hit with a tennis ball-sized rock, not so much, lol.

I only raced there twice, Pac-West races in 89-90 on Saturday. The Sunday race was at SIR. If I remember right the track ran between 2 small valleys? When you climbed out of the lower valley up a hill you got machine gunned with rocks?
In 89 it rained so hard they canceled the 2nd motos as there was this one hill people were having a hard time getting up. Dad and I were parked next to two guys who were loggers. Friendly guys who joked with dad about seeing a spotted owl on the way to the track and stopping to throw rocks at it.
In 1990 it was dry and I cant remember a thing about it but a buddy went with me and we stayed Saturday night in Seattle with his mom and very religious step dad. He made sure and let me know his beliefs. I was respectful of course as he was letting me stay in his house and fed me a couple of meals. All he wanted from me was that i listened to him and didn't interrupt.
Then in 91 they had both days of the Pac West round at SIR?
I grew up about 20m from Jolly Rockeries and 45m from Seattle International Rockeries. First ride JR was late 66's - lots bruises and contusion at both of those tracks!! JR is a housing development now.....
