Allowing all your championship competitors line up inside and run you wide....Unadilla and Ironman

Allowing Connolly to pass you back in the last turn because of your lack of awareness...also Unadilla

Making the decision to go to the grass outside of the markers and getting docked for it....Budds

Total mental meltdown at Ironman....

Hopefully he learns from all those recent mental breakdowns to end the season and comes back stronger.

Looks like he lost a lot of core strength after his Daytona crash.

It is common for people to compensate structurally after back injuries and it derails their performance.

They often get stuck in a loop where they increase training effort and expectations after each shortcoming.

It continues until they take a step back and focus on their structural issue.

I don’t think anyone is arguing that Levi didn’t have the speed or endurance to win.

I think he actually improved on those from previous years....but his decision making, race craft and mental strength all declined from previous years..

If Levi isn't taking the calls from the media how is that their fault?

Not one media person or even the team can get ahold of him for some PR? Strange.

ML admitted in the ET3 thread that he had "heard about this for weeks" before his announcement. Why not report it? I know why! Because then they'd blackball him. Same with this Levi deal - you think they really have no idea?

Cool but that’s not what I asked you….How do you think they should handle it if the rider and team won’t respond? Just go with it anyways like your hero Kooksey Klown? I actually commend them for not reporting something that they don’t have confirmation on until it is confirmed….

This was mentioned on some podcast, I forget which one, but it was mentioned. It wasn't made a headline, because it was a rumor, and not official. The official release should come from ET3, as he did.

I fully expected him to come out and smoke everyone in the second moto just to show who's boss, but he chose the other road.

He’s had 5 seasons in the class to learn to overcome his mental weakness.  At some point, it is what it is.

yeah problem finders are easy to spot as they're everywhere....but when it comes to actually coming up with a solution they disappear....

Completely unprofessional of Kawasaki not to come out with a statement. Not surprising considering their PR blunders the last couple years but still unacceptable. Sorry you think it’s ok if they just ignore calls to make a statement and others disagree with you

From the start of the year I figured this would pretty much be Levi’s real shot at finally putting it together for a title now that Deegan was out. When he got the red plate I was hoping he’d keep it but based off of his history, figured it wouldn’t last long.

I like Levi and want to see him get one, but he’s proved over and over again that he isn’t mentally strong enough to do it. Skipping Moto 2 for no good reason just solidified that for me.

I don't think it's ok for Kawi not to do a PR regarding Levi missing the second moto so I agree with you on that....but again that's not what I said or asked...The guy is blaming it on the media and not where the actual problem is and that's the rider and Team's lack of response....or better yet their lack of respect to the fans....it's not the media's fault...

If the media would put out stories we reached out to Kawi, we reached out to kitchen and received no response maybe we start getting responses. Instead it’s just dead air because they don’t want to ruffle feathers and have insider knowledge that they don’t feel like giving a response. Again this would not fly in any other major sport

Yeah you got that right .  Game 7 of the finals with .4 on the clock in 2k. A play is designed for 1 of the best pure shooters , Ray ALLEN . And Ray heads for the tunnel .  And there is No answer why. I can’t see that ever happening. That’s a million dollar fine & you,d hv to build a New arena  because the fans woukd burn it down. The   team would hv to pay for it.  I was at a 76 ers playoff game in 2k.  Intensity is electric literally, if a player is not giving 200% they boo him. They won the game & after I watched the players come out below to there cars. Fans were cool to everyone but AI. He had his daughter on his shoulders. Fans yelling & cursing at him .  And they won the big playoff game. Lol

I heard recently on the Live motocross podcast that Kitchen did not line up for moto2 because he was going to get a shitty gate pick and couldn't win the championship at that point anyway, so he was "over it", at least according to JT.

Not lining up for moto 2 is sort of understandable given that he couldn’t win, but what about just quitting in moto 1?
