The 0 moto wins is understandable but not even a real lap led (I’m sure some will give him the quarter lap at Unadilla but any moto fan knows the truth) with hole shots is disappointing. I’m so waiting for a fast and furious “I almost had you” when he does get a couple laps led

How was it an error? He got better this year, and probably made over a million in win-title bonuses all in. Going for another title at 20 was the right move, no matter the name on the back of the jersey.

The funny thing is that the bros could literally not even turn up this weekend and Deegan still couldn't do a Bradbury for the title.
Oof, a 3 race series that he won the previous two years isn't the best example of why deegan might struggle against those guys. That said though, I am looking forward to seeing how well they will do in the 450s (and I hope they move up sooner rather than later) and a deeper field that can run at higher speeds will always make for a more unpredictable series.
Ooof, quick to forget what lead up to Deegan winning that first title.. Deegs won 1 out 6 motos... Hunter's issues had a lot to do with Deegan winning that 3 race series.
The rat-faced danger boi is not in the same league as either of the Lawrences, or even Jorge Prado. He may get there eventually, but for now he's a second tier rider, at best. The future does not bode well for Gayden, since he'll have to deal with Cole Davies in the near future. Shimoda won 1 out of 5 motos in last years smx playoffs and largely capitalized on deegan being taken out of one moto by Kitchen.
and yet, we don't see Shimoda fans on here stroking it and brining that title up every chance they get.

Not hard for me at all. I will be the first to admit it's not looking good but that's the way it goes. Hopefully they turn it around before I am in the dirt but we had a heck of a run since the days of the Hurricane.
