Deegan was definitely hoping to make a statement ride this week by practicing at southwick beforehand. He’s got a little ways to go but I think he’ll have something for those guys next year. He is a rookie after all and a bunch of people on here did not expect him to even be where he is at now.

Not yet.
But he will eventually.

Stamp it.

He’s working on it. Got hand it to those brothers , they are dialed in and fast fast fast. I think Danger will have a better opportunity for a moto win or even an O/A at Washougal.

Does Haiden know you stand up for him constantly?

Yes Deegs is clearly the fastest American rider but nothing for the Lawrence’s. It does appear we are about to have a full on European invasion as well next year.

Maybe not, but he just made a 4-time world champion his bitch on a sand track.  I’d say his 450 career is coming along nicely.

I'm not his biggest fan but Deegs can flat ride a dirt bike, and he's good for the sport.

As of now, he doesn't have anything of the Hunter boys. But he's a rookie, lets give him a little time.

He will never when a championship while the Lawrence bros are still racing- that's how far his career will come along. Always 3rd.

I forget, how did Jett do his rookie 450 season?

I think he will be a 450 Champion. He’s young and working hard at getting to the Brothers level. A lot can change year to year as long he continues to work hard , I believe he’ll get there.

I don't understand the down votes to this. I understand the not liking Deegan's shit talking, I understand the petty jealousy of his family's wealth and the feeling he got things handed to him, understand but do not sympathize. Yet there is no doubt the young man has talent and is regularly beating very accomplished riders much more well versed on 450s than him. Of course he is not beating the Lawrences, nobody is. But it seems he is obviously the best of the rest, like him or not. his 450 career seems well on its way. Anticipating downvotes patiently from all the riders who "could have made it" if dad had money. Also patiently awaiting downvotes from BoyScouts and seminarians who dismiss Haiden's attitude and trash talk.

based on in race best lap, there is only 1 rider within the same second as Jeet or hunter and that is deegan. Can hate him all you want but week to week he is the only one making any ground.

Aren’t you the one that said you have a feelings this is the race deegan will get the top step? If Hunter hadn’t fell it would have been another 3-3 lol.

More so..  he's slower this yr, than last yr on a 250.. his riding style looks kinda wonky in the shoulders rn, just weird... if he was racing Sasha 1 on 1 today, even with cringe lord on a 450, he would have gotten beaten... the 2025 version of himself would have beat himself today... and now he fades in half the motos... must be too much "do this do that" goobly goo coming from too many different directions in the cringe camp or something.. either way... hunta and Jett got faster on 450s, not slower... but then... most guys get slower in the big class.. nickols, macklewrath, dozens of others, even js7 got slower in the big boy class... some guys are wired for 250 speed (barcia is a great example) while others are more wired for 450...
