I agree with this. I know it's a little of a British thing but I do feel bad for his co-host. The only one he acts like he respects is Adam Wheeler (who I think is the best). Don't get me wrong, I like Lewis. He gets great info and is passionate about the sport. And I love that he covers both US and the GP stuff.

I like Lewis’ pod work. Lots of pods out there with hosts that sit around agreeing with each and playing it super safe, they’re just not as interesting.
Did anyone originally think Anstie was a good fit for the Star program?
British guy on a British bike makes general sense but that program is a crap show at least for the US, and there is no Triumph program in WSX.
I almost posted something about this, but thought maybe I’m off. But the worst is Kellen and Lewis. He treats Kellen like he’s gracing him with his presence. It’s obvious that Kellen is spending time coming up with the topics and throws them out and Lewis acts like he’s hearing this for the first time and thinks he is a dumbass.

Regarding “shutting down ML” on that pod, I’ve never heard that. I am the host though and have to keep us moving rather than spin in circles. I’ll throw out a few more “atta boys” though.
I agree, and Lewis is especially bad on the pulp show, trying to bro down and keep up with Steve. Just be normal, like his GP podcast with Wheeler. He is smart and witty but he is just trying to hard to be cool at school it seems.....
To clarify: My hate is normal. Max deserves no hate for his rambling etc. A rider should always be praised for talking rather than hiding.

Max went to Star and asked to be released, as said in that interview. They were completely surprised and caught off guard.

Didn’t Anstie get out of a 3 yr deal with Yarrive after the 2nd year to go to Star, and now wants a program that Yarrive could’ve catered to? 250sx, WSX, AusX, and a few rounds of outdoors on a 450 if he wanted to race outdoors?
