How much can you over hype something. There is 4 racers that actually are trying to do well . Right now after 3 rounds. Everyone else on a factory bike should be fired , give that super awesome bike to someone who actually wants to try and race. James Stewart just said the same thing copper webb is "just having fun" that's so dumb giving him the best bike possible when there are guys that really want to try , and bot just ride around.
Deepest field ever? Lol

You are assuming that the Lawrences and Deegan are ‘regular pro mx’ers’ when they are all once in a decade type of racers. Perhaps two or three decades.
Harsh but I kind of agree. I mean how many years are we going to do this AP thing.
Sorry I can't actually figure out how to directly respond to shellymx. But that was an amazing argument. And your absolutely right. There has been on time ins 20 years that we were even close . When Stewart , reed , Ricky Carmichael were going at it. But that was a super short time they were all healthy and actually racing to win
No disrespect, but with a few of the top guys now out, it’s one of the weakest we’ve seen outdoors in a while

Yes. I was so looking forward to this season. I'm still super grateful that the hunter and jet an deegs and prodo are there. But come on. Nobody else should be getting paid anything to ride a totally awesome factory bike. Right now.
Absolutely criminal that Tomac had an incident like that on the very first lap of the year. I bet he'd be up there with the top group most of the weekends and he is always good for some rides that just blow your mind.
The 450 class lost Tomac, Sexton, and J Coop, all podium/win threats in the first 3 races. That takes away some depth.
These hyped up seasons seem to only last a couple races before the attrition factor plays in.
Soooooo.... who's gonna be the first to say this year's champ gets an asterisk? 🤔
Or does that only apply when Jett gets injured? 😄
This is usually how it is in MX. The “veterans” push a little in SX and only cruise around the Nats just to pacify their employers. Fortunately the Lawrences, Deegan, and Marchbanks came to race.
Prado is a four time World champ. Jett, Deegan, Hunta, Ferrandis, Webb all have multiple championships. I believe AP has two 250 championships. Plenty of talent, I just think the top four ( or five if Coenen) are super natural. It's better than when there were only two, like a lot of years, or worse yet one (RC era).
All I'm saying is we have 4 racers that actually want to try to do good , everybody else just rides around. And a bunch of them are on the most amazing factory bikes ever built. I really like every racer out there. They all have there own unique personalities. But come on . Your getting paid alot of money. Get a hole shot over Jett and clean him out in the first corner. Try to beat him. No matter what.
To sit there and say you'd rather see guys clean him out is laughable here... People cant even handle smack talk. You sure you ready for that?
Amazing insight. You should call up the teams and riders to let them know you’ve found the secret.
So besides the Lawrence brothers and Deegan who did we think would compete for wins ? ET, Prado or Sexton. Just bucks that Hunter and Jett are that fast.
Are you really old enough to remember Rc outdoors? Neither James or Chad had anything for him unless Ricky made a huge mistake otherwise Ricky one everything. The only one making the outdoors interesting when he raced was Windham.
You think Marchbanks is just riding around? 🤦♂️
Ok who are you going to put on them that are going to finish closer or win?
Pit Row
You talking about AP that was battling in the top 5 all day? That guy shouldn’t have a ride??
I laugh everytime some asshole says this lie bullshit.
South Park said it last week after he lost, fields always 4 riders deep til it isn’t. The rest are part time paycheck riders.
Regardless of whos fault it is chase is just not working at kawi so he needs to move on. Him barely being a podium threat in the prime of his career is insane, hes wasting prime years hes never gonna get back. I hope this break with the torn acl gives him some much needed time off to regroup and he comes back strong on a different brand. Sucks for kawi but it is what it is.
Add Eli, Sexton and Justin Cooper and it’s definitely ones of the deepest fields ever. 5 riders going Ham and Justin Cooper sitting right in the middle of the sammich getting 3rd and 4th most weeks.
Unfortunately we’ve lost all three and now we're watching Factory B (2nd and 3rd) Riders from 4th to 15th
The reason AP battled for the top 5 is that he started inside the top 3 both motos. If he started 10th, he'd finish 9-11. Guy never moves forward. He finishes where he starts (which is good) or he goes backwards.
Actually right now. Jett hunter deegs prado. Still pretty cool. In fact I think it's the second best time ever in mx that I have seen in 30 years
Almost like the field is still pretty deep if you aren't at the pointiest tip of the spear.
Yeah, because we've famously had so many outdoor seasons with more than 2 guys battling for wins...
It's actually fairly deep by moto standards. Even now with several out.
It was a deep field but at round 1 the deep field started thinning out with injuries.
So you think he can just void his signed deal?
You better believe those other 36 riders you’re talking about are giving it everything they can to do the best that they can. Probably put in more work than you put in at whatever you do.
Had the privilege of watching Wey's kid last weekend in person. He has great technique, and looks like he's got more under the hood yet. He went 2-2. Finished 20th this weekend, his first national.
These guys are really good. They aren't just riding around.
