Talk is he wanted out of the contract. What’s the saying… the Lord works in mysterious ways. Glad he walked away from that
He tucked the front end way too early. It’s safer to wait for the corners to do it.
gnarly crash! He got very lucky!
We out here really arm chair qb chase Sexton on a routine jump?.
Please.
That’s fkn scary.

Oh, crap!
It looks like he doesn't post much on his own page on X. He just responded to the post about his crash today.
I'll fix my post.
Welcome back Prof...please head over next door to Non Moto and say hello. The boys are concerned because disappeared for a bit.
I wish Kawi would just own the fact that they don’t have their stuff together. They let Jorge take the fall for last year and positioned themselves as “the team trying everything for a rider that quit on them”. It just bugs me….
Here’s another angle and it doesn’t look like his clutch is pulled in to me, but maybe somebody can zoom in on this

Legit question. Why the down vote by vitards?
Ok, Here is an update from Chase on his Instagram account.
It's a story, so it'll only show up first until he posts something else. I'm also including a screen shot.

Can someone explain why febvre on the kawa has no problems meanwhile herlings dnf cause of bike problems. 2 times in a row so how reliable are those mx bikes anyway
I hate instagram…. Just can’t operate it. I go to that link and the story is nowhere to be found.
Looks like he brake tapped it and the clutch wasn’t fully engaged for whatever reason from that second angle.
Man oh Man! That was ugly. I doubt he’ll be racing tomorrow. He really took a pile drive there. So lucky no one was right behind him.
Different people running the teams for one thing. Problems/Success start at the top. Secondly, Different rules for different series. Kawasaki can run a bike with modified frame and engine cases in MXGP. Simultaneously, they can instruct Febvre and the team to tell the media they're running a stock frame/engine, and who's gonna interject and fact check that?
It may have been his mistake, who knows, but regardless his mind clearly isn't in it with that bike. it's extremely difficult for these guys to go the pace they do without a certain amount of feeling and trust in their bikes. "Am I not allowed to brake tap now either" sounds like a hangover from the arguments he must be having privately with the team, probably (if Mitch Evans is correct) in regard to how they want him to ride the bike and change his style in other ways.
Their both top level, so if the us has major problems its not a Kawasaki problem but those different rules are the problem. B’s rules add a mxgp bike with Some minor changes because of the altitude. Problem solved
Pit Row
It's not necessarily the rules either. Yamaha's factory 450 effort in the US was pathetic, and they had horrible results before Star Racing took over. I would bet a lot of money that Kawasaki is currently in a similar predicament with their 450 effort and they don't REALLY know the best way to set up the bike for their riders, in spite of what they tell the media.
Some riders like Eli, Jett, and Roczen know how to set up a bike without the team's assistance. Chase clearly doesn't have that skill, so whatever base tune the team has for him is about as good as the bike is gonna get. $0.02
Apparently, he greatly preferred the Anaheim 2 Pro Circuit suspension. You can hear him on the broadcast telling the team "The bike actually turns." They probably should have let him ride that suspension until now, but the team has too much pride so they ripped the parts off and went back to sub par results.
The field is getting quite thin.
this is some high iq sleuthing. good shout as they say over there.
It's impressive the bike is still rideable.
He wasnt really holding back in the interview with Swap yesterday (as usual in regards of the Kawi/Team):
Interviewer: I dont think we saw the real Sexton this summer, is tha - (got corrupted)
Sexton: You didnt see him all year
Chase must have an adamantium skeleton. The guy has big wrecks pretty regularly and never seems to break anything. Dude’s just freakishly strong.
No idea if the bike or he was responsible for this. Just glad he avoided serious injury.
the american field for sure. Deegan is ur only hope now to snag a win/podium. Others would need help
I don’t get the hype around Chase, sure he is fast some times but there is always a problem with the bike no mater the brand and he seems to have mistakes that are purely his own fault and takes him self out.
When are manufacturers just going to say he is the problem not the equipment.
And shouldn’t I guy that is supposedly that good be able to ride anything fast.
Is marchbNk winning anything, can't really compare the speed chase can run
The clutch certainly looks pulled in on that 3rd photo to me.
