With the rumor being that their will be a works Suzuki in the MXGP paddock in 2027 it got me thinking: 1) when was the last time we saw a legit works bike from Suzuki? 2) anyone have any info on whether it’s build off the current platform or will it be a legit works bike with a proto engine, chassis, true works suspension and such.
With that said who do you think/want to see pilot the new bike?
WOW I DIND NO SUSUKI RACED MXGP. MY GREAT UNCLE HORSE HELPED US GET THE RACE THROUGH KERRY HARRIS SATTELITE DOSE ANYONE NO WHEN THEY HAVE THE NEXT RACE?

What rumor? What's the source? Not just made up, is it?
I believe it was Arminas Jasikonis.
Rumors in Europe say that F&H racing team could come back in MXGP World Championship with Suzuki in 2027...
I heard Griffin Roczen is the brand ambassador
There is no new Suzuki.
How do you know that? Hahah
Because it’s been sooo long.
I mean it’s not too long last they presented the 2026 model in July
2027 RM-Z's do not have BNG's.
The only rumors seem to be tied to Ken Roczen’s win, and a possible mxgp team. Has anything come out from Suzuki Japan.
Again, I hope I’m wrong (and I was about the kx327, to a point).
So Suzy is so lazy now they are holding over the graphics too?
Makes sense since they give you new graphics with the PC pipe when trying to bribe everyone to buy a decade old bike with a new year on the VIN.
It doesn’t make sense to be back in mxgp with that bike, that move should be accompanied by a new bike

Maybe you should redirect some of your negative energy towards improving your reading comprehension?
Weren't you saying there is no Kawasaki two stroke for months?
Wrong it’s pretty common knowledge it’s been on the way Keefer even said a couple years ago it was coming then but got delayed.
Yes but now the times are mature for a new bike and a team, I heard that Suzuki as been working on the bike for more than 2 years
If something works well, why change it?
The YZ 250 or the KX 65 are prime examples.
2 stroke market is really different, 4 strokes have a different market

Here is about as close to an answer you are going to get from someone within Suzuki right now concerning a new production RMZ 450...
When Suzuki introduced the current generation model in 2018, I believe it is was in January? so it is possible that the MXGP team could be on a new model for 2027. It would not surprise me if that was the case and Suzuki releases a new production model for 2028.
Would think a new bike would come after being raced in the GPs and not before and by the sounds of Mr. Graeber's comment that could be the case but time will tell?
Lewis has mentioned a return is possible a couple times. Might be pushed to 2028 though.
Right know the mxgp market is quite risky, in my opinion the best choice would be releasing the bike for 2027, so that it can race the AMA supercross, since roczen and the HEP team have more awareness right know.
