Apart from his little tactics I don't know what's not like when it comes to being a racer, never gives up, always wants to get better, works his ass off, blames the bike once in a blue moon, there is a lot to like as a racer.
At Least he won't shit his pants when he lines up against Jett, he won't quit.

Is that "2 seconds a lap faster" factual, cause I recently saw a video of Deegs behind and chasing JCoop at the familiar test track. Just commenting on the video I saw, but he didn't look faster than JCoop. The big whips and cool scrubs don't always transfer to blistering speed in a race. But we will find out Saturday.
Do Dylan and Barcia beat JCoop outdoors a lot?

Well, Jett and hunter definitely had their issues with Anderson a couple years ago.
They both came off injuries and only raced the last handful of races last year and both beat him in moto's, but no not consistently.
Jett was also a couple sec faster than Barcia
I remember Barcia slamming into Ferrandis at Budds Creek 2022 moto 2 (Ferrandis just came back from injury) because they had some beef earlier in SX. Ferrandis was about to pass him and was 2-3 seconds faster a lap. Ferrandis got injured again from that and was out until SX.
And now they're teammates lol

If you watch the Bobby Reagan gypsy tails podcast. He says he has never worked with easier to work with a harder working rider first in last out on the practice track. Says he is surprised that Hollywood has came calling for his acting. Says it’s all an act… he is a heck of a racer, uses the smack talk to fuel him. It’s getting close to finding who is fastest soon.
If he wins the opener I think he wins at least 1 main in sx next year. Which is all he really needs besides to continue to not get seriously maimed physically. What are Deegans strengths? Fitness, determination,availability. Probably the 3 most important things for 450 guys. Get 15th bro. Then 8th. Then 3rd. No rush. Thatd be my advice to him, that next year is what's more important. And aim for a win towards the later part of the season if they dont happen immediately. Enough guys are gonna retire in the next two years he is gonna get his. I do suppose its his job to retire them, ala mc and rc.
